What a lovely building. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hostess took us on a tour of the vault which is now a private dinning area. The main dinning room is beautiful as it was once a former bank in the 1920's. Ceiling and mural are gorgeous. The food was great and service was good.

In a strikingly unusual venue in an up-and-coming neighborhood of Cleveland, the Crop Bistro promises a great experience. Menu selections are imaginative. I was generally satisfied with the food, well prepared with surprising twists and exotic sauces. Service, however, did not at all come up to snuff. Part of the problem is the enormous size of the venue -- some... More

Something is off at Crop and I cannot put my finger on what it is. The building is beautiful, the staff attentive although some are somewhat "rough and ready". The food was good but....something is wrong. Foie gras excellent. Deep fried calamari (from frozen?) had same too mayonnaisy cole slaw as the seared tuna. No acidity to cut the richness... More

We celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, a former bank--beautiful, historic spot in Ohio City. We had a delicious dinner (ribeye) and our server was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and we even got a tour of the old vault! Highly recommend!

This is by far the WORST venue there is. Ursula and her staff were so unaccomodating. She would promise you something and the next time you talk with her she would say she couldn't deliver or if she did it would be at a premium. We were promised so many things over and over again and they did not deliver.... More

Our Private Event Director exemplifies the utmost in professionalism and provides exemplary customer service to our guests. It was unfortunate that we were unable to accommodate your wedding as we place decorum above all else and do not condone insults and profanity to be directed at our owner or our team members. We were happy to hear that the Intercontinental... More

The meal was wonderful and the staff were most accommodating. The true measure of business is how well it recovers from adversity. One meal was not cooked to specification, not serious enough to return it but still not to spec. The staff went to great length to make up for the fact that we were not perfectly happy. I would... The food was spectacular. The atmosphere is also spectacular. I felt like the wait staff could have been a little more attentive. I asked for lemon for my water and never got it. I also asked for a box from the start because I didn't want to eat the whole thing. I had to ask for the box a second... More

The place was an old bank that got remodelled into a beautiful Bistro! Marble pillars and extremely tall vaulted ceilings make it a sight to behold. Sound does carry a bit due to the acoustics, but I did not finding it overwhelming. The service was fantastic there. It was our anniversary and I wanted everything to be perfect and they... More

Some local Cleveland friends took me to this fine restaurant. It’s large, open and airy, and in a classic restored bank building. Archways, gilding, artwork on the walls. There’s even a section in the old bank vault. (No, really it’s not claustrophobic.) Sophisticated menu, good drinks. Loved this spot.

We stumbled onto this restaurant after visiting the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. I made the critical mistake of telling the kids to google a place to eat while I navigated. They found this place and it was nearby and sounded pretty good. As soon as we walked in it was clear we had miscalculated. We were very underdressed... More
