This is a non-chain local diner. Food was great. The waitresses have been there a long time (I overheard one lady say she had been there 10 years). They are extremely efficient and you will get in and out very quickly -- a good thing since the place is very popular and all the tables were full when we were... More

I attempted to visit this restaurant and was unable to dine there as they have no gluten free menu, and they use common oil for all their fried foods. I was very disappointed. I was there pre-gluten free and I thought the food was very good, and it was a good experience if visiting Amish country as many Amish dine... More

you have to try the wreck. you won't have to eat the rest of the day. The sandwiches are also man-sized. Their pies are too die for. Great eating in a small hole in the wall.

My gosh! We were just talking about how good the food was here earlier and I could go for a plate right about now! Reasonably priced food, great portions, and a total hit with the locals. For dessert we had a banana split (which was huge!) and a brownie sundae (warm gooey brownie!) just go here..do yourself a favor 😉

This is a restaurant that is staffed by a mostly Amish staff. The cooks are Amish (you see them looking out of the door). The food tastes delicious, fresh and homemade. The Pork Chops are really tender! There is a list of the pies that they get from a local bakery. There's a limited amount so I recommend you order... More

We visited a couple times each time the food was good serves excellent. I would advise others to give it a try. If I get in the area again I will go there again...

This place seems to always be busy and there is a reason...it's good food! They have daily specials, homemade pie and yes, even homemade sweet mayonnaise. We eat here every time we visit Berlin. It has a small town, diner feel and the staff is friendly.

For twenty years we have been visiting this Amish county favorite eating place. There are few times that we have not had to wait to be seated, because the food is consistently excellent. Whether your favorite meal is breakfast, lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed. As you wait for your meal read the list of 20-25 pies that are... More

We had a chicken salad sandwich on rye which was very good. Also a hot beef sandwich which was a little better than average. Waitress was efficient and friendly. Worth stopping for sure.

Great food, nice servers, amazing pies - you can't go wrong at any meal at Boyd and Wurthman's. Prices are reasonable and the coffee is only 75 cents! They don't accept credit cards so make sure you have cash. Don' let the lines deter you - it moves fairly quickly and is worth the wait.
