This restaurant was recommended by our inn keeper. My husband and I ate there twice, because it was so good. We both had the strawberry and spinach salad. It was excellent. I had raisin pie, a favorite of mine, that you can't get everywhere and my husband had an apple dumpling, which he raved about. We would highly recommend it... More

Amish country is one beautiful travel experience. Driving over the amazing country roads around Berlin, Ohio is one of the most interesting travel experiences that you will have in Ohio. Amish people are so friendly and kind that it seemed fitting to try an Amish restaurant and the place to do this is Berlin, Ohio, one of centers of Amish... More

This place offers excellent home cooking, and you get large portion. If you're not a big eater then it is enough to share, and then enjoy lots of homeade desserts. There pies are very good. Lots of your locals eat there.

I had read quite a bit about Boyd and Wurthmann before we made our trip to Berlin. The property we were staying at gave us a voucher we could use towards our breakfast at B&W or another local restaurant. Since we were staying 2 nights, we decided to try both places. We arrived around 7:30 and there is a sign... More

We had very good BLTs on homemade wheat bread. Yum! The fresh peaches over ice cream for dessert were heavenly.

Great little "diner" type restaurant. Have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. My favorite and my go to.....when I can't make up my mind.... a sausage patty sandwich w/their homemade mayo and horseradish sauce.. wonderful

Berlin is in the Heart of the Amish Area in Ohio. I had not been to Berlin for years, and the atmosphere of the town has really changed in the past 20 years. The sense of small town really isn't there anymore. But however this restaurant has has not changed, and still has the heart of the community. If you... More

By far the best, fastest service around. The food is to die for. Try any pie, the quarter pound hot dogs, the sweet potato fries with the homemade cinnamon dip! And for breakfast, bring an appetite and order "the Wreck"!! A mess of everything heaped on one plate!

Thank Melissa T
