Enjoyed a very nice lunch in this very good restaurant within a winery. Degustation or a la cartel menus available. We chose a la carte. Started with home baked bread, olive oil, olives and salted almonds . The mains were excellent, I had a great chicken, corn and black garlic dish and my husband braised kangaroo tail and fillets served... More

The day was perfect so we elected to eat out on the verandah enjoying lovely views. We were given a complimentary glass of bubbles cos it was booked thru Port Willunga cottages which was a lovely surprise. The food was absolutely outstanding along with excellent service. Would highly recommend......and will definitely return.

Based on reviews and popularity we were looking foreward to some gourmet nosh. Alas, the large servings of duck was tough ,limp and unappetising. Steaks were done to order but the accompanying polenta chips were greasy ..side order of vegetables were doused in heavy dressings. Puddings were cloying and flavourless. Overall pub standard in every way except for the elevated prices.

We had such a good time at this restaurant the first time, the food was excellent and staff were attentive and helpful without hovering, that we went there again on our return trip from Kangaroo Island. It's very popular so best to book.

Had a wonderful meal. Masterchef moments. Can recommend the gorgonzola vanilla slice. Duck main exceeded expectations. Waiting staff delightful. Worth every cent.

Great service, great food, great views. We are pretty fussy when it comes to food, but we could not find fault at d'arry's. We went as a group of six and all tried a little of each other's dishes...all outstamding.

We booked last minute and got in for a late lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful with the menu we choose the signature dish prawn and blue swimmer crab ravioli with lobster medallions it was delicious and very rich a few dishes were forgotten during lunch but we didn't need them in hindsight.

Dined here with three others last Sunday. When I requested a gluten free meal I was happy to hear there was a range of options available for me. Sadly the lobster medallion was not one!!! However my barramundi was divine, if not a little small on the portion size (especially when I couldn't fill up on bread on the side).... More

Everything worked. Food delicious, wine matching extraordinary, service relaxed but professional. A better way to spend an afternoon? I doubt it.

Revisited darrys 3 times over the last year and have never been disappointed. The food is always amazing and the staff too! Not many places can do 3 amazing courses but every time we come here each meal has been perfect from start to finish. A great venue with amazing views and food that does not disappoint!
