Popped in here for coffee, based on the fact we were desperate for a caffeine fix, and this place advertised itself as doing great coffee. The caffiene fix was sorted, but the claim of great coffee a bit exaggerated. They make a dependable coffee, but not at the level of a dedicated coffee house. The rest of the place looks... More

The staff at the Tin Shed, shortly to move further into McLaren Vale, are very friendly and helpful in their endeavours to make your visit pleasant. The current place is very comfortable with a good Menu for Luncheon. They also have a nice array of drinks available (easy as being in McLaren Vale), Nice place to go.

We went to Tin Shed for breakfast. It's across the road from our accommodation and even though we got 20% discount because we stayed at a certain studio, we found the food delicious and plentiful. We were welcomed in, I presume, by the Manager and made very welcome. Our last day tomorrow and we will definitely go back there again... More

We visited McLaren Vale for the day and needed something quick, cheap, and filling and we found the Tin Shed. We ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and the Seafood Taste Platter. The quesadilla was delicious... comes with chips and salad, salsa and sour cream. The Seafood plate was great also except for the battered shrimp... the batter was thick and crumbly... More

A simple little cafe with good food and good service. We had breakfast here three days running while staying across the road...we had no reason to go anywhere else.

Love the strong coffee and the breakfast taco's. Barista is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Great spot to stop when cycling through the area.

Stopped here for lunch after a day of traveling. Good varied selection on the menu. Both our meals were tasty and very satisfying

Decided to visit after a hard day protesting against the Artel Lounge Bar and Restaurant. Service was extremely friendly. Ordered Pizza and Partner ordered the Chips and aioli. Magnificent. Garlic Bread is to die for. Heard they are moving which is a shame but I will go again when they re-open. Excellent

Thank Stephen M
