The potato pancakes were real German style. Black forest plattter was nicely presented with all ingredients someone with German heritage was searching for. Yum yum

This is a takeaway/ cafe . If you choose to sit inside there is so much to see as the place is full of antique clocks , plates, mugs etc. I think some are for sale . Cake and coffee was ok . Service average, as the poor man serving us seemed busy and on his own but he was... More

We stopped here for lunch, they had a great range of hot and cold food. We chose to sit in the restaurant in the air-con as it was so hot outside that day. We were blown away and fascinated by the number of clocks of all shapes and sizes on the walls in the restaurant. And mugs, plates and many... More

Wow super tasty bratwurst and kuchen and pretzels will bring me back to this quirky little cafe again! Yes, it did take some time to get all the components of our order, which arrived a little haphazardly, but the staff were friendly and everything was delivered as soon as it was ready. The interior is packed with german kitch and... More

Came in for a quick lunch. Wife ordered a pie (extra $3 to have it on a plate), I ordered a sausage. Waited 25 minutes for the food to come out and when it turned up the sausage was cold. Then waited another 10 minutes for a replacement. Food is ok but they clearly have kitchen/service issues. As we discovered,... More

This bakery has been here before I arrived in 1979 and still is my favorite place to take a brake for a coffee und kuchen ...Like Black Forrest Cake or Bee Sting or even a Hazelnut Cake but my favorite is the old Appffel Strudel with a dash of real cream or on a summer's day with ice cream.

Lovely location and the best beinenschict (spelling?) I've had for years. Great place to stop and rest for a while having a coffee and some authentic German delicacies.

We went in the afternoon to get a good German brezel and ended up with a microwaved warmed up piece of something. Worst brezel ever (felt like industrial frozen types). Not recommended.

We have been here a few years ago and we were so happy to see that they are still selling the german Bee Sting cake. Its highly to recommend. A traditional german cake. Unfortunately the Male behind the counter wasn't the friendliest person. A bit on the grumpy side. That spoilt our excitement. Food wise I would give it 5*... More
