One of the few places open for coffee after 4pm in Atherton, and even coming in at 5pm, made to feel very welcome and no rush. Lots of things to look at and magazine to encourage relaxation. More of a ladies place for a cosy catch up I think

Staff helpful and friendly - not overpowering and left you alone when served. This is hard to do do with specified character numbers.

Tucked away behind Super Cheap Auto, is this delightful cafe and gift/homewares shop. It was such a surprise when walking in the door. Their shakes are a bit over-the top for me, but guess who's the favourite aunty if I offer to take my nieces for a treat.

This place was amazing! The staff were really friendly, and we loved the set up and decor. We had coffee, toasted sandwiches and three different shakes and it was all delicious!! We will definitely be coming back!

My sister & I visited P&P for the first time over Easter, we were excited to visit, we have eaten all over the tablelands. It was very busy, no spare seats, we had to sit outside! We ordered a shake to share as they just look so huge! We got the choc-mint, and it actually looks bigger in the pictures then it really is. We got 1 Mint Slice, a couple of pieces of Aero, an ice-cream cone, some milk & topping. Some of the shakes a much bigger than others, and maybe they could price them according to how much extras you get, although we realise $10 all round is much easier. The shakes look awesome, but we thought the topping on the outside of the jar is a bit of a sticky mess, and a crunchy ice-cream cone in wet milk is a little weird...obviously cones get soggy when they are wet. Our biggest diappointment was that we though the "ice-cream" cone would be filled with "ice-cream"...but for our $10, it was just filled with cheap whopped cream out of a tin. Maybe as a suggestion, they could put in one scoop of ice-cream in flavours that match the shakes, ie, choc mint ice cream. Anyway, they were very busy, so obviously they are popular and lots of people are happy, but for us we thought they could just do a little more.

We arranged to meet someone there but got our timing wrong so we never caught up. But anyway, if it wasn't for that we wouldn't have even known about this place. Oh what a little gem. Little gifts and Knick knacks to buy and a wide selection of pastries, cakes, teas, coffee. Didn't take notice of pricing though. Somewhat 'vintagey' themed. Definitely going back to enjoy. Only thing it was a bit warm inside. The fans were going. I'm not sure if it was airconditioned. But like I said it was a quick visit.

We have heard so much about this place so we decided to bring our Japanese exchange student here. A truly unique place with fabulous decor and the yummiest shakes ever.

I saw heaps of photos of these cool milkshakes and lots of good reviews about them from heaps of people, and i decided to go try it out for myself. They weren't overly expensive, about $8 each. And all you get is a glass filled with weird tasting milk (probably some organic stuff), a waffle cone filled with whipped cream and a chocolate of your choice on top, and chocolate sauce dripped on the outside of the glass. First problem for me was the chocolate on the outside, super gross and sticky. The next problem was a waffle cone sitting in a glass of milk, when you go to attempt to eat it, its all soggy and really not a good experience at all!

I've been to P&P 3 times and can't wait for another trip up. Make sure you grab a creation jar as they are to die for! For those who are a little more savoury don't forget to try their pastries.

I came here with a friend the other day, as soon as you walk in there's so much to look at, there's photo frames everywhere! I love it. The furniture is so cute! The staff are super friendly and the nutella frappe is to die for! The only down side is it gets hot in there, no air conditioning, other than that a wonderful place to go!
