We stopped here for a bite to eat before heading home from a day out in Castleton. We grabbed a table in the barn on a sunny day which was lovely. It was obviously very busy on a sunny Saturday and was told that it...More

Busy time of day only one rude staff member serving. Food took a while, was ok but nothing special. Just an average pub.

We visited this restaurant n bar more than once this weekend. It has a good selection of gins and cask ales. We also are here and the food was fantastic and hot. Service was quick and staff very friendly. I recomend eating and drinking here.

Beer good, the food was good and a bit different had to sit outside in the barn which was ok as we have two dogs, only pub that does not allow dogs inside,

We went into this Pub for a drink after we had been walking round Castleton. Was a reasonable day so we sat in the Beer Garden . Lovely place , didn't eat here but saw the food others had which looked very good .

We stopped here for an impromptu dinner after exploring some of Castleton. The staff were really helpful and the food was of pretty good standard. Portions are large (too large for me but suited my husband!) and we left feeling suitably fed and watered.
