We took the mother & father in law here when we went to visit them, I could see that our suggestion did not go down well but they agreed. We ordered our food & drinks the smoothies are the best I have ever had just delight to drink so we had. we all had tea which came in a pot... More

Very cool place, chilled out & relaxing atmosphere. Only had a tea and coffee, would have come back for a meal, but they closed at four.

Went here with partner and 13 year old daughter. Service was slow but the thing that I really objected to was being judged by the waiting staff. Partner and I had our drinks and when daughters drink came the waiter put it in front of me saying "this must be yours" I said no it is for her (my daughter)... More

A pleasant place to eat with no background music. The vegetarian food is really nice mainly snacks but a main course each day is available which I had 'vegetarian shepherds pie' it was very good very filling so I didn't a have a piece of cake from the selection which looked good. I did have to wait about 20mins for... More

We visited this cafe with elderly parents after experiencing the wonderful food at the Manjushri Buddhist Centre down the road. The food is healthy, vegetarian and tasty. The first time we had Cauliflower and Spicy Parsnip soup which really was the best soup I've tasted, the second time we had the Carrot and Sweet Potato soup which was equally tasty.... More

Came here for lunch after discovering it was vegan/veggie. A range of paninis and cakes and not too pricey. Maybe not as nice atmosphere wise as the other option - Gillams, as the place is ran by Buddhist monks who are actually extremely quiet and do not seem to interact much, however pleasant when ordering food

This cafe is run by staff from the Manjushri Buddhist Meditation Centre. It is cozy and warm, prices are reasonable and there are Buddhist books you can read while you are there. They hold lunchtime meditation classes on certain days during the week. All their food is vegetarian.

It wasn't open except for last couple days of my visit and then there was nothing i fancied. Soup bowls were either too small or too large with two prices and only ordinary bread and they don't have facility ot seems for jacket potatoes so i just went somewhere else on two occasions. They used to do nice meals in... More

Delicious sandwiches and made fast to takeout if you need to catch a train which is what we did. Otherwise, it looks like a very nice place to relax, read, and enjoy a vegetarian lunch or breakfast.

Had a very nice halloumi with sweet chilli and salad Panini for lunch, served by friendly staff. Order at the counter and then the food is brought to you when ready.
