Nice little tearoom accessed via some steep steps so could be limiting for some. Nice enough inside, friendly chatty staff and the food was tasty.

Came here Tuesday just gone, travelled 40 mins out of the way to visit the home of cartmel sticky toffee pudding. The shop was great, and the cashiers within the shop were lovely - me and my partner however were disappointed by the cafe. To...More

Toasties were very tasty but the service was substandard. The waitress had hair which wasn’t tied back and wasn’t very friendly for a small cafe.

My wife and I popped in with our son after visiting Cartmel for the afternoon. The staff are great and extremely friendly and the shop sells a wide array of foods. The sticky toffee pudding is amazing!

Called in here during our recent visit to the area. Picked up lots of ‘quirky’ Christmas gifts along with the obligatory sticky toffee pudding! Excellent little village shop.

Great shop for specialities and of course the sticky toffee pudding. I bought too many goodies to take home, don't tell my husband how much I spent.

As well as the inevitable sticky toffee pudding the shop contained a large variety of local produce. The almond slice was delicious.

Takeaway sandwiches were very good although order wasn't correct but we'd left and were sat outside the village by the time we'd opened them. Nice staff and good selection of local produce

We went here as a group of four and had a gorgeous sticky toffee ginger pudding which was just divine. We had to go upstairs and floor was uneven but but the place is full of character.
