We queued for a long time for our food in this restaurant. The machine coffee was fine but the hot meal was a great disappointment. I ordered quiche, chips and salad. I got a small piece of shrivelled quiche, a mouthful of salad and a plateful of those chips that they cook and recook. Much as I love chips I... More

I visit often as its a good distance from my home to walk there and back, also I have a Notcutts card, which entitles me to 2 free drinks every month, That part is great, the food is good and tasty and the cakes are wonderful, BUT the downside is the queue for food is ridiculous, you order and get... My wife and myself went for lunch recently. The food was ok but overpriced for a garden centre. The staff we encountered were not very obliging and pretty unhelpful.

I often visit Notcutts as its local to me. It has a lot to offer. Great to meet with friends for a coffee or a light meal at lunchtime. There's lots to see, from furniture to clothes hobbies and of course, lots of lovely garden plants and ornaments. There is something for everyone in a variety of price ranges too... More

Five of us went for a birthday lunch , all had main course and at least one drink coffee tea etc and it only cost £40 . Delicious choice of cakes . Plenty of tables bright area to sit in . Most of all staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. Quiche was very tasty.

Restaurant busy as really good quality food. My friend had the cumberland sausage with gorgeous bread. He was VERY happy. I just had a coffee but wish I too had had the sausage as it looked so nice with caramelised onions.

Lovely food but very over priced even for a garden centre! Easy disabled access, toilets immaculate. Will go again but at £14 for 2 hot drinks & 2 scones I don't think I will be going often!

I just love this garden centre and self-service cafe, and am a regular visitor. I visit alone, with family or I meet friends there for lunch. Thoroughly recommended.
