The meal we had was gorgeous but quite expensive for a family of six! The children went to play in the wacky warehouse but were back soon as they said it was boring

Been here before and as I said then the cheap price is refleced in the food. It's still the same. We all chose what we wanted and then had to pick again as out of stock. Not brilliant but cheap. Seems a good place for kids. My friend who had dietry needs found it difficult to choose anything so could... More

My 3 year old loves the wacky warehouse. The pub is very average. Good for kids. The food is not something I would recommend but is worth the price. You get what you pay for

This is one of the establishments owned by a large group and we decided to see what the lunchtime menu offered, We chose the Beef Lasagne, which was quite good both in presentation and preparation. However, all their desserts were overpriced, so we did not bother to order any.

Not been for a while and were pleasantly surprised with their new menu which is slightly simplified and easier to choose from. There are some great daily deals one of which two of us chose, massive fish and chips with peas and free curry sauce and bread and butter. Delicious and difficult to finish as the fish was so big.... We ordered from the 6 at £6 menu. Husband ordered fish and chips, he wasn't asked whether he would prefer mushy or garden peas, chips were tasteless. I ordered the chick pea and spinach curry feast? Curry was okay, nice bread and poppodums, mini bhajis were a nice accompaniment but not the beef things that were ovecooked Chips again were... More

I called in as it was a warm night and the Hallmark was busy with Bizzzzness people, probably on a course about best drain cleaners. Its got a large outdoor area and huge inside. The menu is standard and you get what you pay for, so don't expect to be blown away, although one of the locals told his racist... More

It's average as others have said. Typical fayre and square food. We got part of the meal (side order) a good ten minutes before the rest of the meals. In fact we had someone else's meals at the same time as the side order by mistake at first. Quite empty and children enjoyed ww bit.

I have been going in this pub for years and can honestly say I've never had to complain! I get some of the other reviews. Staff are very clicky with the locals who sit to the left of the bar as you enter. It seems the drinks queue prioritises them before an unknown face! Maybe due to better tips?! Sharon... More

A wonderful location. Most friendly staff. The food is wonderful and served hot. Child friendly and great for the ''not so young',
