The food is far too average for the likes and surroundings of Crewe Hall. Staff can be hit and miss and could do with a little more training. But Crewe Hall is always worth the time and effort. Try the afternoon tea rather.

The ambiance is delightful. The brasserie promising. But that's where its ends. These are the basic facts: Asked for a Campari and soda (now very popular), Was asked: "What's that?. Is is a brand of beer? Sorry we don't have it." So my wife ordered a gin and tonic instead. They used cucumber instead of lemon and she could not... More

On entrance to the brasserie we stood by the sign that said 'please wait to be seated.' I suspect we might still be waiting now had we not seized the initiative and asked for assistance. We ordered 2 coffees and a Danish pastry and then had to find a table ourselves. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but all the... More

Super food, excellent service. The meal we had was part of a Spa deal and was excellent value, the staff were attentive without being intrusive.

We had a good meal here. The Italian Meat Platter (started for 2), Feta Cheese pie (great favour, good, strong feta) and pork are recommended, along with the rasberry chesecake and warm chocolate brownie. We would have liked to have had an additional dip or sauce with the Meat Platter; it comes with a Red Pepper sauce but needed something... More

Ate in the restaurant during one night stay. Food was ok but nothing special and staff were friendly, but some didn't appear switched on enough. In fact some gave the impression they didn't want to be there.

We were seated as a large group . May I start with the positive . Modern restaurant well set out . Chefs can be commended on lovely food BUT the management need to sort out service . We ordered a table for 6 pm because we had a toddler and a 3 year old with us . We asked for... More

I attended the restaurant in a group of 10 for an evening meal ready for a wedding the following day at the venue. The restaurant appeared very nice and there was a plenitude of staff on hand. But that's about as good as it got. When the starters came out, they came in drips and drabs. And two starters were... More

Description
Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.
