We had dinner and drinks in the bar and brasserie as part of our dinner b+b package. The service in the bar was great, as we're the cocktails, proper cocktails that tasted as they should, not wishy washy and bar staff were friendly and attentive. Slightly different experience as we moved over to the brasserie. When I booked the hotel... More

We stayed for a couple of nights in the hotel and ate in the Brasserie as the hotel is quite remote from other options. The choice of food was quite limited and although the food was OK it did not live up to the price we were paying, a bottle of Shiraz at £27.00 tasted no better than your average... More

Simply fabulous! What a weekend second time staying at Crewe hall. The dinning experience was lovely nothing was to much trouble and the food divine. We had cocktails made by Konrad and they were amazing! A must for anyone that enjoys dinning out. 10/10. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay so special.

Took so long to order and get served. Food was disappointing based on price paid. Would only recommend if no other option.

Visited the brasserie as part of a Groupon spa experience, for complimentary hot drinks and pastries. Our party was seated fairly quickly, however we were left to find our own additional seats (party of 6 seated at a table for 4) and the table hasn't been cleaned since its previous occupants. Service wasn't great. When we were attended to, we... More

Called for a meal here after a not very relaxing spa experience. The staff are friendly and the ambience is nice but we found the food to be adequate and nothing special. Two of our party had the filo pastry tart which was very small portion size and not very warm but we were so hungry we just ate. Luckily... More

Our meal, breakfast and lunch was an extremely slow affair. We found out when we were checking out that it was the staffs Christmas 🎄 party so only a handful of staff were in the hotel. This was a shame as we had memorable experiences in the spa and the rest of the hotel. Lunch - a small selection really.... More

An hours wait for our pate starter, which was bland. My crouton was so hard I could hardly bite it. Our sea bass main was O.K but the veg & potato stack was tepid.

Came here for lunch on Christmas Day ! Food was lovely and the atmosphere was great. The younger staff were friendly and well meaning if a little inexperienced, but we had a really good time !

Description
Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant.
