Stayed one night at the Premier Inn and took advantage of the meal deal. The evening meal wasn't great. Starter was overcooked. Mixed grill main course was badly let down by poorly reheated chips and pretty awful green peas. The meat however was excellent. Well cooked and succulent. Breakfast was a different story. Full English cooked to perfection. Couldn't be... More

Not impressed with the food I had Gammon peas and chips my wife had chicken tikka masala The gammon was tough peas were bitter and the chips nearly cold The rice was cold only one poppadom On a week day the meal is the same size as on a Sunday but in the two for 10.99 you would think they... More

I visited this pub/restaurant for lunch with friends. There is car parking on site. The menu is wide ranging with plenty of choice, although I felt that some items were a little expensive. Food and drinks are ordered at the bar. The service was friendly, and the ambiance and atmosphere pleasant enough. When my meal was served, it was very... More

The staff are really friendly and the customer service is great! The staff are what makes me come to this place regularly as they are so wonderful, and after going a couple of times, they do recognize you. Really friendly atmosphere, bit beer garden and a place for the kids to play - at a reasonable price! Food is good... More

I had a meal in here on 18th June 2016.... Thought chicken garlic chicken (yes it had chicken twice in name) was poorly cooked...chips could of been better. £2.75 I think for Pepsi refill???...ouch!!!! Service was ok.....but really do not like the cutlery being on table in a sort of ice bucket....how many grubby fingers had already been in the... More

* We did dine in the children's area, on a Monday lunchtime, so not used the main part of the restaurant. The main reason for choosing this restaurant was because it had a supervised indoor play area. There was a TV in a small children's lounge playing children's programs within the childrens area. Food was ok, it all arrived at... More

Been to this brewers fayre a few times as we have family in Crewe and I can honestly say it is the worst one I have ever been to Lukewarm bland food, slow service seems to be the norm here and even after a refurb and reopening nothing seems to have changed.

My meal attached was the better of the two. My husband had the chicken garlic chicken which was over cooked and drowning in garlic butter. For my meal the peas were two old, my egg overcooked and the chips had no colour. Whilst the meal was cheap, the food was way below average even for a Whitbread pub. The staff... More

We have visited the Brocklebank now for at least 10 years and really enjoy calling in. We tend to call in for a lunchtime snack at the weekend and buy the Sharing Platter as a 'snack' , plus drinks. Generally our visits have been great, though there have been the odd mistakes like a missed order when we were given... More

I left my car at the hyundai dealers opposite, and on the spur of the moment went in for a breakfast. I am walking with a stick at the moment, and immediately the waiter (Russ) noticed this and couldn't do enough for me. He gave me a table next to the serving area so I didn't have to walk far,...
