Visited with my dad and my son for lunch on Sunday. We got there at 12:15 and there were no cars in the car park. Went in and there was barely any wine or spirits on the racks at the back. There was one woman behind the bar with a young girl who looked about 13. We asked if they... More

I arrived with a business colleague for a quick lunch time drink and a snack. The place was empty, stood at the bar for 5 minutes, no one around. Shouted for attention, no one around. Went to kitchen door 2 people leaning on the counter. They ignored me. Went somewhere else

First of all this is no longer a part of the Koconut grove franchise, the pictures need updating. We went for a drink this evening with some friends and I was appalled at the service! The girl behind the bar never smiled once, and sounded extremely displeased that we had come into the bar. After serving our first round she... More

I visited here on a hot sunny afternoon with 3 other family members and my 1 year old daughter. The beer garden is shoddy and all the tables have paint peeling off them. The play area is also a decent size but scruffy. I went inside to order drinks where there was 2 families dining and ten people drinking at... More

Attended pub with family for a casual saturday in the beer garden . Served a 'cloudy' guest pilsner and after questioning bar manager was simply told "And ?". After waiting what seemed an age told other beer ordered was 'not available'. Clueless young barstaff running around unable to find food orders even though a mere dozen people were in. Personally... Nice welcome, OK quiet but it was an early Tuesday lunch with good friends - we sat outside in the beer garden in the sun, very nice. We all enjoyed chicken wraps, salad and chips which we all enjoyed.

Just been for lunch today with friends and would not go back. No atmosphere, no music, staff with as much personality as a pencil. We asked for a late and cappuccino and ended up with 2 milky waters. We were served by a waitress who looks so young... no people skills, food AND drinks went to the wrong table, no... More

Since the nice couple I think they where Andy and Lynn we have been in twice and each time has been worse than the last. It had taken 15 years plus to get the right people in the brewery should be ashamed of its self for outing them thes best thing for this place is to close for good as... More
