Visited Harte & Magpies for the first time, having driven past for the past 40+ years!! Wow!! From my first contact the service was superb! Facilities for disabled visitors is brilliant. Food was delicious, from pizza (freshly stone baked) to roasts. Yummy puddings! There's something for everyone. Great garden with play area for all ages. Nothing was too much trouble... More

To be honest, there are loads of pubs like this now. Everything about the place is decent enough but nothing really set it apart. Don't get me wrong, the beer was good, service friendly and the food looked great as it came out although we didn't eat. Worth a visit and I would call in again when travelling through this... More

Myself and my family have been coming to this local pub for a while now. The food is always great, also catering for my sister who can't eat gluten, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect for afternoon walks in the sunshine. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area as they cater to everyone,... More

We stumbled across this beauty on our recent trip to Gerrards Cross. We were looking for a family friendly pub with a large outdoor area for a family and friends get together. Let's just say that in 3 days we visited 3 times. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful and the Scrumpy, the pub lab, was a cutie.... More

Visited today with hubby, 4 year old daughter and 1 year old baby. Garden is lovely, food delicious and very relaxed experience. Children's meals are pretty steep - £7.50 each, would make me think twice about returning, though they are plentiful.

Had a brilliant meal out for mothers day. Staff were very friendly and welcoming even scrumpy the dog. Who came to say hello but didn't beg or bother us. Brilliant food very well priced. Always reminded of the history of the place via pictures and blurb on the menu which adds to the experience. Have been many times and this... More
