We have been coming here for years, and it is not as good as we have had in the past, but with turn over in kitchens, you never have the same experience. We went for breakfast one morning, and had the Ex pat, which is two eggs, potatoes, canadian bacon with toast. Good, but not as good as the sandia!... More

We stopped here to get a smoothie one morning after snorkeling in the bay. The smoothies were filling and refreshing. Very good! The decor was colorful and cheerful. We also loved seeing all the cats that live there.

I love this out-door bakery. I have never had such delicious french toast and you can order fresh carrot juice. The staff is fantastic and the prices are more than reasonable. The atmosphere is extremely friendly as well.

Popped in to meet a friend and was impressed. My daughter had a gigantic banana split with their great homemade ice cream. The beef (arrancha) tacos I had were fantastic!

This place is so warm & cozy! Surrounded by lush jungle like landscaping, & brightly colored furniture, with romantic lanterns.. A very beautiful place to enjoy a meal, a snack.& relax! We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast on our way out.. & unfortunate I wish we had eaten more meals there especially lunch.. because it was very fresh, & wonderfully prepared..... More

We stopped at Turtle Bay for lunch while we were in Akumal. We shared some tacos and had a couple of beverages. The food was all very good, as were the drinks. There is a great selection for everyone! There are also some non-Mexican café items that may be of interest for those looking for that. And of course, the... More

Stopped in for an early breakfast before fishing with the hubs. If you like healthy I highly recommend the Healthy Eggs Benedict with tomato and avocado and watermelon juice. It was outstanding. Service was quick/easy too.

We visited turtle bay cafe last year and remembered it as being good, so decided to return again. We were certainly not disappointed. Plenty of seats in the shade, colourfully decorated and very friendly staff. The menu was amazing, so much selection and portions were huge, so much that we were offered a doggy bag. Prices were extremely good and... More

We had breakfast here under a colorful palapa. It was huge and excellent. I had a burrito and my husband had fruit and we couldn't finish even sharing. Cute wait staff and fun atmosphere. Bathroom was very clean.

Some friends and I were in Akumal 7 years ago and ate and Turtle Bay Cafe and were so impressed with the quality of food. We went to Akumal again last week, and again, Turtle Bay Cafe did not disappoint. I think most of us had fish which was cooked perfectly. The guac, all the side dishes were excellent. The... More
