They overbooked the day of our reservation and rushed through our teppanyaki service. Chef looked miserable and wait staff were very rude. Food was actually pretty good. Took almost 30 mins to get drinks, but then we were rushed through the rest of the meal.

Tappanyaki experience was great. We ordered the lobster special along with the chicken, shrimp and fillet mingion meal. We shared the meal with a bottle of wine. The food was great and the chief did a good job interacting with the guests while he cooked. The meal came with miso soup, mixed vegetables along with salmon fried rice. Only reason... More

Busy place but the food was fresh and very good. While we didn't do the teppanyaki, we had a regular table. The food was prepared promptly and the veg tempura was served hot. A decent meal with some wine and Sapporo beer. Will go back one day.

we went in a large group of people. except us, all others had been there. I liked the cooking part show done in front of you. I did not like the cracked eggs shells remains on my plate mixed with the rice and the vegetables. they should do something about the eggs maybe to crack them in the kitchen. ?!!!... More

I've been here many times over the years and they are still quick and delicious with a little fire show before you eat. I especially like the new salmon twist on their fried rice - super tasty!

I went tho Yang's Teppanyaki & Sushi on Saturday for the first time with my son and wife. We ordered two miso soups, two kani salads, 1 order of mixed tempura, 1 mango roll, 1 spicy tuna roll and 1 dynamite roll. The mango roll was the tastiest mango roll I've ever tried. I am a big fan of sushi... More

The combination of teppanyaki grills and a dining side serving very good sushi and sashimi make it no big surprise that every time I stop in here, the place is always busy, for lunch and dinner. A nice bottle of cold sake (overpriced yes) followed by a good size sushi selection, fried eel pancake and Hamachi kama were all very... More

The restaurant is modernly decorated. The overall environment is okay: there were parties that occupied all the teppanyaki dining and have created tremendous noise for the entire restaurant. The restaurant has a side door that steps into an alley for smokers which did draw cigarettes smokes into the dining area which is not pleasant. Because of the parties, we had... More

Craved sushi, seen it on trip advisor thought we would try it. We were seated right away, waiter quickly asked what we would like to drink seconds after placing 3 different menus in front of us. We said we needed a few minutes. I don't think more than two minutes passed and he was back. I felt rushed and picked... More
