We enjoyed a simple but delicious lunch at Dreamers Cafe this past weekend. A beautiful sunny fall afternoon. The cafe have tables along their windows. The services are friendly. Must try their famous Crazy Cookies. My kids claimed that the ice cream is out of this world. I would go back next time we are in town

Excellent cesear salad with chicken pot pie or quiche. A light but filling meal before a show. We keep going back. Lots of other choices. Soups made fresh daily. Crazy Cookies are amazing. Also excellent multilayer chocolate cake. Good cooffee too.

A party in your mouth of succulent chocolates and toffee with bits of nuts that dance with your tastebuds! The soups are outstanding! Presentation is the best! We both had the Lobster Bisque, served with a fresh croissant, and a coffee. Our meals were delivered quickly. The soup was excellent and the coffee was good too. We enjoyed the casual decor and felt at home as soon as we arrived. We will return.

Every time we are in Port Hope, we always stop in for the perfect cappuccino and a homemade crazy cookie. I would recommend anyone visiting Port Hope that they take the time out to stop in for a little piece of heaven at Dreamers Cafe! ☕️🍪😀❤️

We were actually attracted by their decors when we walked by and hungry. Good job they were quiet when we reached there. The cafe was filled up with customers in no time. They were light staffed. It does take a while for the food to come. That's fine to us, we were in no rush. We took the time to... More

My partner and I stopped here during our exploration of the butter tart tour of the area. We were shocked by the lobster bisque, and equally good lobster panini. Tastes as good as getting it on the east coast. Super friendly owner, who was very attentive to us during lunch service. His cookies and butter tarts were the best we... More

We had a beautiful Lobster Roll and Caesar Salad lunch here but the steps to get into the place are ridiculously high. Considering the number of seniors who frequent the Capitol Theatre and would lunch there, the entrance is unreal. I am surprised the Town allows it. The atmosphere, food and service in the cafe are all very nice, it... More

We stayed in Port Hope for the weekend and Dreamers Café was our favourite place to grab food. So much selection and the Crazy Cookies are to die for. I ended up bringing one hope for my husband as a souvenir

We stopped for lunch before going to the show at 2pm. We were surprised to find such a great menu and we had lobster bisque and lobster roll. Not bad for a wee café. It was most enjoyable and we bought 4 crazy cookies, his specialty
