Not open every day. Need to check the first pen time. On the east of river. Environment is nice. Kitchen closes at 8 pm. Elegant food. Only been their once. But will go back if I revisit New Glasgow in the future.

I have gone to the Bistro several times. Each time it has been an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is flavourful and tasty. The atmosphere is a warm "night out" dining experience.
Best choices on menu and specials that I have seen. Hard to decide what to order. Service excellent, food delicious and presentation beautiful. Will definately return.
An amazing find in New Glasgow. A high quality fine dining experience. The menu was varied and the atmosphere was exquisite. Very well prepared meals and well presented. Staff was friendly and welcoming. A must try if you are in the New Glasgow area.
Always a fine choice for slightly upscale dining in Pictou County. The quality of the food is excellent as is the service. The regular menu features locally sourced and seasonal ingredients and the chef specials are outstanding.

Excellent dinner experience. Good variety on the menu. Nice atmosphere and professional tending. The daily special was fresh halibut and safe to say the restaurant is now on my top 3 for Nova Scotia as a whole. I'll be coming back here.
