We heard good things about this restaurant but they were closed. It said they were going to re-open when they have a new direction?? Hope they stay as delicious as they sounded! Needed 100 words to post this notice that they are closed.

We stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and something sweet for a lunch-time dessert. The squares and cookies we bought were fantastic. So good. They did not cut any corners making them. But the coffee (a "regular" style coffee) was simply fantastic. The best cup of coffee I have ever had.

Stopped in for lunch, pad thai for one of us, power salad for the other. When the bowls came with the food we were sure we would still be hungry - not so! Could hardly finish the meal! Very delicious, just enough heat. Restaurant did not have a pepper grinder which was surprising, but fortunately we always travel with one...

This cafe is in a great location in New Glasgow and doesn't disappoint. My wife and I had coffee and omelet breakfast panini's and they were terrific. We had ours to-go but the restaurant was nicely appointed and service wad good. Recommended.

Stopped in as we were passing through for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised. All fresh and local products and obviously made with care. I hope to return soon. Thanks

I live in the area and this is my absolute favorite. Love the feel of the place and it always smells fabulous in there. There coffee is by far the best around. Especially the chai latte. I recommend the "power" salad. And the pad thai is delicious. Actually everything is delicious.

The server was pleasant, restaurant was clean. The soup was nothing less than terrible. I had an Americano which I sent back because the coffee is very low quality and disappointing. Had lemon square, it was tasty. To sum up, much better options exist and I wouldn't go back.

BaKED cafe is a place where food is prepared with selected quality ingredients supporting local farmers. Dishes are prepared carefully to achieve healthy, delicious and unique food. Breakfast, snack, coffee, lunch everything is outstanding.

An unassuming storefront on an anonymous block of New Glascow, this restaurant serves up excellent food and is worth a detour off the Trans-Canada highway for some great choices. The burgers and side dishes are interesting, as are the excellent spreads (mint-lentil, anyone?). Plus there is a great variety of baked goods, all at a reasonable price. And there commitment... Having lived in New Glasgow and gone back to visit I always try to grab food here. The staff are extremely friendly, the food isn't a bunch of deep fried food and it's something you can really find anywhere else in the town. My go to is always the Pad Thai.

Thank Chris C
