We were visiting from Halifax and this was part of our only family vacation this year. We went to the log cabin for our only "restaurant" meal and although the service was quick and friendly -the food was horrible. You could tell it was all pre-cooked, pre-portioned and reheated. The burgers were defiantly frozen, not fresh, and the fries were... More

Restauarant was nice - had 2 piece fish and chips for $11.99 so very reasonable. Took them a while to give us our menus/order, but food was ready quickly and it was very good! Pies at the end were great, and they were all homemade there! They had quite a few interesting flavours. Lovely view of the Bay of Fundy... More

Stopped in for lunch hoping for a nice homemade meal. We waited 45 minutes for very average food. Gravy from a jar and no refills on pop. Loud radio music did nothing to complement the lovely view. We'll skip this place next time!

There is a definite lack of freshly prepared food in the Hopewell area. The Log Cabin's food wasn't awful, but wasn't great - reheated portions of frozen meals. But there isn't much else in the area for a mid-priced meal. Friendly staff and nice view, and convenient location.

A group of us, totalling 11 showed up for lunch, no reservations. At the same time, because of a large funeral nearby, at least 30 more people came in. We were seated, orders taken and well cared for even though there was a shortage of staff to deal with large numbers. Extra staff arrived quickly with no fanfare and serving... More

finished at hopewell rocks on sunday night. there was nothing else opened to eat dinner so ended up here. Food was pricey for average food. Lobster was more expensive. The whole place was full but they have a captive audience. Nothing else was opened, unless u drive back to moncton.

Should have stopped here for dinner. Made mistake of driving back towards Moncton. See review on Chocolate River restaurant. This place was very nice. Great burger. Lobster roll a little small for the price. Server was pleasant. Nice view.

I assume this is the same Log Cabin Restaurant and if not, check out the one in Hopewell Cape. We finished kayaking the Hopewell rocks and stopped at the Long Cabin and Gift Shop for dinner. We were told to select our own table and we did that had a water view. The waitress was delightful and explained their non-alcoholic... More

"Sit wherever you like" is how the host greeted us when we entered. He is the gentleman who operates this fine restaurant and the adjoining motel and gift shop. We sat by the window overlooking the Bay of Fundy and ate dinner here 2 nights during our stay while visiting Hopewell Rocks. Although it is the only restaurant for miles... More

Leaving Hopewell Rocks we ate here. The food was fairly priced and the staff was very friendly. They do not have a liquor license, but this did not bother us in the least. Order the homemade ice tea, it was delicious!
