We went for dinner to the Octopus' garden. My husband had the special which was chicken Marsala and I had chicken Alfredo. My husband eat his meal down so fast he didn't even offer a single bite to me!! He said it was really good and he would have it again which for him means he actually really liked it!... More

Was glad to find this place. Excellent homemade pasta and simple fresh salad. Yummy desserts. Decor could use a little help, but food is more important in my book.

Sure, some of the tables don't match the chairs (or the other tables), and it's certainly not fancy, but don't let this put you off....An Octopus' Garden is a real treat. Our server was a bundle of energetic hospitality, the beer and wine was reasonably priced and very good, and the food was marvelous. We've paid more for meals that... More

Fantastic ! Friendly! Delicious! A charming place. Entertainment in evenings when there's not much else to do in Alma. Italian food at dinner sounded great.

The Mrs and I saw the Octopus Garden while entering town and wanted to check it out. It's literally a 5 minute walk from the other restaurants. The food and atmosphere were incredible. We loved it so much we went back for lunch - even after having a snack at another restaurant.

We ate four meals here and loved every bite. My husband has a gluten allergy and most meals can be accommodated here. This restaurant has high reviews and deserves it. Excellent quality and value for money. The desserts are heaven too. A very relaxed atmosphere and casual, but the food is high-end and the staff all work so hard to... More

Little details would have made it perfect. The Women's washroom seat needed repair and the patio screen on the kitchen window needed cleaning! The rest of the restaurant was very clean and delightful! Will go back!

Delicious! The pasta was made to perfection. A very fresh salad comes with your meal along with a nice ciabatta roll. It was a treat at the end of a day outdoors.

We loved this place, especially after eating a few disappointing fish dinners in New Brunswick. Honestly, is there anybody out there who isn't deep frying all that lovely fresh fish? At least this place serves the fish with fresh pasta. We actually opted for the pork chop and the chicken Milanese. The pork chop was underdone, but they quickly made... More
