The M'egg Breakfast Sandwich was tasty with Egg, Avocado, Spinach and Cheese. The Large flaked Oatmeal with Fresh Blueberries, and Coconut was different but flavourful! They also had the most Scrumptious Blueberry Scones!!!!

Loved this place, healthy breakfast lunch or dinner. Fabulous coffee, cake and smoothies/juices. Staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful with our little ones! See you next time!

We stopped in for an ice cold drink today, I had Blended Caramel Latte LOVED IT! It wasn't overly sweet or overly icy! My husband had a Mocha Latte and while he said it was a little on the sweet side he LOVED his too. We will definitely be back for more!

I have been to a lot of coffee places and had a lot of frappes, but the blended mocha smoothie is the tastiest. They seem really nice and casual, and let you be if you want to loiter on the patio outside with a book. This is our favorite place to hang out in the shade while at Sun Peaks!

We started each morning of our stay in Sun Peaks with a coffee and breakfast bun from Vertical Cafe. So Good! The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

We went there for breakfast during our stay in Sun Peaks. Girl serving us heated up a plain croissant for me as I cannot eat cheese. So helpful and pleasant (unlike cafe next door). We went back a second morning.

Very delicious and much needed hot chocolate as it was freezing (in the summer!) I did find, however, their prices a little steep. $4.35 for a small hot chocolate..?

Thank you for your review Taylor. Our small hot chocolates are only $3 so it looks as though you were charged incorrectly. Feel free to come in and have a hot chocolate on the house. Sorry about that. More

Always enjoy any food or drink item purchased here. Love the atmosphere, music and the staff. Food is fresh and delicious. In the heart of the village. Expect a line up and to have to share a table with other patrons because it is a popular coffee and food place.

had a great breakfast here with my 7 yr old, who enjoyed one of their basic breakfast sandwiches here with me...Seems like home made bread! Small place that could get crazy in winter, but seems pleasant in summer, especially midweek mornings.

I ordered oatmeal with sunflower seeds, berries and cinnamon. The oatmeal tasted great, but it was a really really small portion. I ordered a slice of banana bread to fill up my stomach.... which was really good. But for that price, I expect a good bowl of oatmeal, with a normal amount of milk.

Thank you for your review MmrCaine. In the past we had portioned our oatmeal as per the standard on most oatmeal instructions which was 1/3 cup. We have increased the amount of oats, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes to 1/2 cup which should keep one full for a good while. We would love to welcome you back to the cafe... More
