Not Mexican food at all. Everything you order taste like cumin. Salsa tastes like plain tomato sauce. Ragu would make a better dipping sauce than what they offer. Poor customer service. A total waste of time and money,

I don't like to down grade anyone or place but I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. We traveled from Canada heading back home to Ohio and decided to try this place. Being of Mexican decent, this is an "American" version of Mexican food. Not one Mexican person there and their food did not taste very good. Their rice tasted... More

The staff was okay, but the food was not good at all. The dishes we tried were either too spicy or no flavor at all.

I think Paradiso has much better and fresher food. Service is quick at Mexican Village but the food isn't so great. Seems very packaged.

I first ate hear about 1970, so I may be a bit sentimental. It's a fine old school family Mexican restaurant. Everything here is tasty and they have the recipes down. It's good value for the money as well.

Don't bother going here. Ordered a beef burrito with brown gravy and it latterly came with brown gravy... You know, the kind you would make for mashed potatoes. Gross. It's not worth the money. Drive down the road to Paradiso and wait it line.

For over 40 years we have been going there and always have recieved great service. It hard to believe but it's true, you would think that the training of new hiring or just picking the wrong employee would eventually catch up and hire a bad employee. NO this is the real thing. The food is 5 star as well, chips... More

The service is fast and friendly. The food is always fresh, hot and good. Large portions and nice clean place. Get there early because you always have to wait in line for a table but usually not too long.

Stopped in for dinner on a shopping trip to Grand Forks. First thing I noticed was that the rugs needed a good cleaning. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The brought out Chips and what they called salsa, seemed like canned tomatoes with cumin stirred in, no onions or peppers. The chips tasted like they had been cook in old old.... More

The service was the only thing of value. Gross fake margaritas. Food was below par. Don't waste your time and money.
