Real Deal Fresh and Tasty Greek Food

GP does a genuine offering of Greek cuisine with fresh and tasty ingredients. The family from the Epirus region of Greece offers friendly and heart-felt food made wit love. The portions are very generous but that only means that you will get to have another taste the next day and be equally satisfied. This is one of our frequent stops on town. We are in Greece often so my review is based on solid knowledge of Greek cuisine. I especially like the eggplant bruschetta, the spinach pie, the salad and the special of Santorini chicken and Santorini shrimp. The gyro mix of lamb and beef is wonderful as are the pork and chicken souvlaki. Just can’t do wrong there.

Outsanding , Authentic Greek Cuisine!

My parents and I are 100% Greek descent and we eat at GP's Greek Kitchen on a weekly basis. Their food is the REAL deal! Very authentic, fresh ingredients, amazing flavors and cooked with Greek love. Portions are generous. The atmosphere is a casual, fast food atmosphere, but it is NOT a fast food restaurant. All the dishes are made from scratch and so it does take some time for preparation. George, Mandy (husband and wife owners) and their staff provide excellent service! If you've never been to this restaurant, you are in for a treat! Enjoy!

Outstanding Greek Food in Fargo

Outstanding Greek Food made with love. We grew up in a Greek area and never thought we would find authentic Greek food in Fargo. However, this place is great. Husband is born and raised in Greece and has been in America for the past 15 years. All of the food has large portions and has great flavor. Will definitely be coming back!

Great Greek in Fargo isn’t mythology!

Found this gem by accident! Outstanding food and friendly service. Went with two other adults. Ordered the Spanakopita, meat platter with the lemon/rice soup and lemon potatoes, and a side of french fries. More than enough food for all three of us with leftovers! The food was delicious and the tzatziki sauce was perfect. Will definitely be back to try the other menu items!!!

Take me to the Greek!

Had a wonderful lunch and recommended this restaurant very highly. We had the gyro platter with a Greek salad (fantastic) and lemon potatoes (yum). Seriously this is a can’t miss dining option in Fargo. Owner was delightful, attentive and appreciative. Can’t wait to return soon.

Great food for a little longer wait today.

Recommended through Fargo's subreddit. Ordered the stuffed grape leaves and the old fashioned gyro. BIG portions for each. Both PACKED with flavor. Very nice people. I wish them nothing but success. The reason it took longer was a couple of people ordered food for what I presume is around 6-8 to go. They already ordered when I arrived. For only 2 people working, it was an impressive turn around regarding the wait.

Try it, you will love it!

I have dined at GP's Greek Kitchen a number of times, The staff is always very friendly and the food is fantastic. I lived in Greece for a couple of years and feel I know good Greek food, this is authentic Greek!. If you have never had this type of cuisine, GP's is a great place to try it.

We are locals and our first trip there on the Recommendation of a friend. So good! We ordered traditional Gyro and onion rings. Large portions and delicious and quality! The service was fast and the owner was gracious and engaging! And this was at the drive through due to Covid! Will definitely return!!

This family owned restaurant is amazing!!!! I’ve never had a complaint, service is always extremely friendly, and the food is out of this mother-heckin world🌟🌟🌟 All of the above statements are made by an extremely friendly but critical individual. If I didn’t like something, there’s no way I would ever take time to give a 5+++++++ review. Take time to visit your local restaurants

Great greek food! The pita bread was outstanding and the portions were massive. We ordered a pita, hummus appetizer, and pita bowl for the two of us and took more than half home for another great meal.

Amazing!!

This was the most delicious food we've eaten in a long time. The Chicken Santorini, the Butternut Squash ravioli, and the old fashioned gyros were amazing!! The flavors were delightful and so nuanced. We asked the owners if they would consider relocating to our town in Wisconsin!!

Dont go if you dont know

Got yelled at for not knowing the menu and taking too long in drive thru. Wasnt aware you couldn't drive up and order. No menu posted was directed to look on Facebook. Didnt bother sticking around went to cafe Aladdin and got the usual great service.

The way you wrote your review... sounds like you are a competitor. You "visited" in May but wrote the review in July? You also said you went back to Aladdin's because of the great service. If they have great service, in your opinion, why would you ever leave and try us? If you are happy where you are at then why go elsewhere? Your logic is a bit twisted.

We stayed two days in the Fargo N.D. area. I heard wonderful stories about this restaurant and just had to try it for ourselves. The flavor of the food was out of this world. You won't be disappointed. One word of cause: the sizes are huge. We had enough left over to eat lunch the next day.
