Ordered carry out. Super fast. Everything was temperature hot and extremely good. Big portions. Impressed by quality.
My family and I ordered delivery tonight. The person who took our order did not ticket it correctly so we got half of our order. We called to ask for the other half and had two people pass the phone back and forth on their...end and no one could make a decision on refund (we would have had to go there) or bring us the rest. We had them bring us the rest - we live eleven minutes away - it took them an hour and eight minutes to get it to us. We called during that time to see what was happening and they kept telling us it was on its way. No joking when they came the second time they were missing things!!!! I called and they said they wouldn’t give us a refund or correct the order because they charged us incorrectly. Horrible service. Who is accountable for messing up not once but twice? They even said they gave us free food because they only charged us for some of it. Whose fault is that? Very annoying. Also my personal phone got texted by someone working there with my receipt and appologizing (which I did not ask for). Please do not use my number again. I stopped by here one afternoon on the way home for something simple, sesame chicken, truly a strip mall chinese restaurant staple. The place looks sort of damp inside and the food was barely edible. I doubt I'll be back
I usually get takeout, but there is inside seating that is comfy and clean. I eat their food several times a month and it's always great. The egg rolls are fantastic and the sesame chicken rocks. Don't let the exterior turn you away. The food...is the best Chinese in town,More
I came here for lunch today. This is y first visit here. Pleasant surprise to see a lunch special for $5.35 INCLUDING soup or a soft drink. I ordered the Scallion Chicken with Steamed Rice. This restaurant is in the Reynolda Commons Shopping Center and even though the shopping center is almost empty, Great China is worth seeking out. It does not look like much, but it offers the best Chinese food I have ever had. The also offer delivery...and fast take out. One takeout order is enough for two people. Inexpensive.More
