In town for a few days and we love a GOOD Irish pub. Finnigan's did not disappoint! We had the poutine appetizer and it was served hot and scrumptious. The gravy was really tasty and corned beef crumbles really made it taste special. We had...Fish & Chips and Bangers and Mash for our entrees - both were delicious. For dessert we had the dense chocolate cake and it was moist and delicious. We're glad we found this place!More

Large group went for Breakfast.. food took an age to arrive and it was not busy at the time of our arrival. The waitress was grumpy, no Ps & Qs. For the price it was not good value..

We didn't plan on going here, but so glad we did! My husband had corned beef and cabbage which was delicious...he was very happy! Also an appetizer of Scotch eggs which he loved. As I am trying to lose weight, I went lighter with the...chicken salad plate. It came with zucchini bread and fruit. All of it was wonderful. The zucchini bread was amazing, the chicken salad was fabulous. Then we had the mini desserts. Peach cheesecake and chocolate Guiness stout mousse. Hillary was very good to us and the owner talked with us also. We will definitely be going back!More

We stopped at Finnigan’s Wake for drinks and apps and were not disappointed. We chose the Appetizer Sampler plate plus a side order of wings and were not disappointed with the quantity or quality of the food. Drink prices were very reasonable and included a...number of local brews. Great place to stop for food, drink, and fun!More

My girlfriend and I have been going to Finnigan’s Wake for a few years. The food is great. I’d recommend their bangers and mash. It’s as good as in Ireland! They also have a selection of gluten free and vegan menu items. The service is...great and they have a nice selection of beer, scotch, and everything else good about the world.More

It's been awhile since we've eaten at Finnigan's. The salmon was good but the fish was greasy/soggy with too much breading. The service was slow. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend after this experience.

We visited Winston Salem for Wake Forest. Needed a place to eat a quick meal. Looked at various review sites and discovered this interesting place. We love checking out pubs because of the architecture and ambience. We were not disappointed at all! Food for even...the pickiest of eaters. Drinks served cold and potent. Ended up going back again for another meal the following day. Now on our "Must Return" places!More

This place is the best! We stayed 5 hours or so with our friends and had a great time. Our server was the bomb - super patient with us! The fish n chips were amazing - definitely get the handcut chips! The sauces were fantastic...as well. There were lots of options for drinks - guys enjoyed the beers/whisky they ordered, us gals loved the mule and shots. B52 is now my fave! Thank you all for your wonderful service! We will be back next time in WS for sure.More

We happened upon Finnigan's Wake Irish Pub for lunch/brunch and it didn't disappoint for an Irish Pub. We had brunch and lunch items as well as drinks. Very good spot if you aren't getting in the other restaurants as they seem to have ample seating...and parking. Try the Boxty!!More

Wife and I were visiting relatives in Winston-Salem, and this is one of their favorite places. I can see why. Our group of 5 had: Meatloaf Melt, Reuben, Cheeseburger, and I had the Shepherd's Pie because it was freezing cold outside. All meals were just...right, quick, and hot. Server was really nice too This is an old-timey pub atmosphere, and our hosts said it was a lot of funMore
