We were seated at 930 and expected to be told they were closing soon, but instead were welcomed in and treated well. I wanted fish tacos (which was tilapia), but they had fresh grouper for the dinner special and obliged me in making them grouper tacos instead and they were amazing, cocktails were strong, and the key lime pie...perfect.

Enjoyed a perfect seafood dinner with teens. Loved the decor. Service was friendly, prompt and fun! We enjoyed the calamari and oyster appetizers. We also enjoyed the seafood platter which was just about as food as one I had in Seattle. The key lime pie was spot on and matched one I had in key west. Great job!

After reading the reviews we thought we'd stop by for some lunch. While the service was excellent the menu was very limited and very pricey. With a restaurant name that includes OYSTER you would think they would be readily available and reasonability priced..... NOT! A half dozen for $10+. That's crazy especially in a seafood town! The rest of the... More

We hold a 98 health score . We also serve high quality local seafood. Unfortunately, that cost more then cheap imported fried seafood. There are plenty of restaurants in Wilmington where you can go get French frys and cheaper food. More

We liked Dock Street Oyster Bar. Great food and service. Really nice atmosphere and superb North Carolina servers that went out of their way to ensure people were dated and happy. A great spot for fresh seafood, friendly service. Enjoy.

Wanted crab legs and to eat at a local restaurant while we were visiting. loved my crab legs, my husband got a creole shrimp and rice special that was also fantastic. The waitress was enthusiastic and attentive. The atmosphere was fun...just loved it!

The oysters were great, as was the grouper. All ingredients tasted fresh and dinner was served quickly. The place was packed, but the service was great!

If you want a fancy, overpriced spot with frozen food, move on . If you want fresh off the boat seafood, a fun, laid back atmosphere, you will love it. Looks like a college bar inside, don't be fooled, 5 star dining. Hang out, have a beverage, have fun. And tip the hard working staff there generously.

The atmosphere was great. The seafood enchiladas were amazing. The key lime pie was perfect. Our server was attentive without being bothersome. We can't wait to eat there again.

My family (wife and daughter) went in Sunday to the highly rated Caribbean style restaurant in Wilmington and we had a great time! It's definitely a quaint restaurant with bright paint colors and murals throughout. My food was amazingly delicious with the seafood chili and seafood enchiladas. My wife had the Steamed Crab legs and she said it was the... More
