DH and I had lunch next door but kept watching people doing take out at this pizza place. After lunch, we walked around town. On the way back to our car, I decided to order a couple slices of pizza to take home.
I asked the guy not to cook it, stating I would heat the pizza in our oven. We had one with sausage and mushrooms and the other with pepperoni and mushrooms. He made sure to tell me to bake on a high heat, which I did.
Excellent pizzas!! Great sauce! Great crust.
We'll be back!

Grabbed a few slices to go while walking around Wilmington Riverwalk Area and enjoyed the pizza. Crust was thicker and tasty, sauce was fresh and not bad, cheese tasted fresh.
Decent Pizza for a quick grab and go. I would eat again.

We found this place while exploring downtown Wilmington. It is a walk up with a few seats along the side walk. The pizza was large and delicious. It was a good deal with the big slices being less than 4 dollars a slice. I would recommend!

This pizza does not taste like NY pizza, nor does the pie look like NY pizza. Tasted closer to the pizza we got in 7-11 or even dominoes. The crust is not a real pizza crust, the sauce is acidity and the ratio of cheese/sauce is a little off.

Originally from NY and was like yeah we will see about this. It was pretty darn good. Surprised how close it really was to what i was used to in NY. Guy taking the orders was very nice and cut up with us. Only outside dining, indoors is closed off.

Great pizza! Our family was visiting Wilmington for my brother’s graduation picture along with his girlfriend’s family for her pictures as well. My wife and I grabbed a pizza and took it back to them! Definitely one of the better pieces of pizza I’ve ever had!

So I stopped by this place one evening (midweek) because I was in the mood for a quick bite, and was also in the mood for some good pizza. Well, I guess I should have kept going. I ordered a single slice of Pepperoni that looked really good until I bite into it.
The bottom of the pizza was kind of burnt. And the server was not the friendliness dude! This place needs work if they plan to stay open for business!

We popped into I Love NY Pizza for a quick bite before going a comedy show down the street. There were tons of slices ready for the dinner crowd, with many choices of toppings. Prices were reasonable, and the pizza was good.

My husband and I love to drop by for late dinner while wandering downtown and get 4 slices (think of awesomeness like bacon-ranch and chicken-bbq) and just keep rotating them around the table. It's a no-frills, cash-only dive - but the joy is in the perfect pizza!
