Walked from our hotel on a tip from bartender. This is a real great homemade scooped ice cream. 3 large waffle cones singles for $10 SCORE if you're visiting you've got to go here. Quick service, lots of flavors and good ice cream. Highly recommended.

We have been visiting here for 10 years and were worried when it changed ownership. No reason to worry- the ice-cream is still wonderful as they are following the same recipes.

Great ice cream... Delicious flavors... Great service... Reasonable prices. Homemade hot fudge is rich, chocolately & velvety smooth. They have a great outdoor seating area where you can take your time savoring every spoon.

We discovered Boombalatti's when on vacation in Wilmington. We went there three nights in row it was so good. The flavors were creative and the ice cream was delicious. You could tell that the ice cream was not processed at a factory. There was nothing that we didn't like about this place. Great ice cream, friendly workers, opened late. What... More

We've been going to Boombalatti's since before they moved to Military Cutoff Road. We went there when the grouchy man owned the business and still go now that the new, friendlier people own it. My favorite ice cream is Coconut Cream, although years ago they had a wonderful flavor called Banana Split. I've never been fond of their hot fudge... More

We loved their ice cream! We visited twice on our vacation at Wrightsville Beach. The ice cream was creamy and the price was right!

We found this on trip advisor while staying at the Koa in Wilmington. It was a great atmosphere and the ice cream was amazing! Not a bad price either!

The girl that waited on us wasn't over friendly. The Key Lime Pie ice cream in a waffle cone was very good, one of the best we've had! Bits of graham cracker & just the right amount of lime. I would avoid the Tropical Sorbet. It was supposed to be an orange, pineapple, banana flavor. It was test batch #10... More

Been coming to Wrightsville Beach for years and always make multiple stops here. One of the highlights of our trips. Ice cream is so tasty. The waffle cones are made in house and are much better than most. During summer can often find lines because the place is so popular. Scoops are big. Just a great summer treat.
