We went for a delicious sushi meal. The food and the service was excellent. Friendly, considerate staff. And the sushi .... mmm .... the best.

I think we have found our sushi place in Wilmington! I was a little hesitant to give Nikki's a try due to the name and appearance of the restaurant (sounds and looks like a cheap, lower quality fast-casual place), but I am glad we finally...went! Wife and I each enjoyed our entrees, she ordered the steak hibachi, and I ordered two chef rolls. They had a special running for two specialty rolls for $20, so I tried the Spicy Lobster and Fire Dragon. Ingredients were all fresh and flavors complemented each other, without any dominating flavor, so you could really taste all of the components. Steamed rice was perfect, and sauces were good as well. Ordered a cocktail as well, that was decent, but still five stars because this is a review of the sushi, not the drinks (there are so many great options for drinks within a five min walk radius). The atmosphere does not match the quality of food, and I wish they didn't play American pop music, but if you want good chef rolls, this is your place! Service was also very good! We were going on a boat tour and decided to eat here first. The service and staff here are incredible! The waitress was friendly and attentive. I asked for a margarita and they were out of sour mix, but made one homemade and it was...delicious! We all ordered sushi and it was delicious! This is a great place with great service.More

The raw salmon is high quality. I recommend salmon nigiri; the servings were larger and less expensive than at some other sushi establishments I visit (back home in NJ). Even the iced tea was less expensive than in NJ. What a treat for us to...get such good food at such affordable prices. We enjoyed our meal, but our real pleasure was meeting Daren who shared with us why he enjoys living in Wilmington.More

As I’m reading the reviews, most are about the food, which I agree is important when deciding on where to dine. But another important aspect of the dining out experience is the service. Last night we had several family members come together for dinner here...- a few from different states (me included). Our server, Morgan (and Brian also), were absolutely wonderful! Morgan was enthusiastic, was extremely attentive to our needs, and always came up with the right things to say to everyone. The food was delish as well, but I can honestly say that the service they delivered was second to none and we all left with smiles on our faces and continue to gush about their service. Thank you, Morgan and Brian, for treating us so well. As an individual who, years ago, spent many years in the service industry, I feel that it is important to acknowledge great service when I experience it! They are both an asset to your establishment.More

We love Nikki's sushi - their specialty rolls are wonderful - Fresh and flavorful - eel combinations are our favorite and there are lots of choices!

We stopped here for lunch while walking around Wilmington. Almost skipped this place as the "& Sushi Bar" part of the name was not showing on google. Glad we found this little gem. We enjoyed the Hummus appetizer (which came with both pita and veggies)....For lunch we had the Tuna Poke Bowl and a Bento Box sushi lunch special. Both entrees were excellent. Service was also spot on. Next time we are in town we will be back.More

Enjoyed our visit to this sushi bar. The sushi was phenomenal! Enjoyed every bite. The chicken hibachi was also on point!!! The service was great! Atmosphere was great as well! Only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating: the Miso tasted funky....It’s as if it was a instant powder with added hot water. Tasted a little clumpy. And the water tasted funky too. That wouldn’t keep us from coming back if we are in town visiting again!More

When visitors are in town this is the perfect spot to take people with all palates for lunch or dinner. The prices are completely reasonable and the food is delicious. Been enjoying their food for 17 years!

So many wonderful gluten-free and vegan options- the staff was knowledgeable and kind. A great experience during our travels!

This is a small restaurant that can be easily overlooked but the sushi was fabulous! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had the Calamari Tempura appetizer. It was okay. We also had the House Fried Rice. We should have caught the hint from our server when he asked, “To share?” The portions were so large we each asked for a go box. What was disappointing...was the lack of any sort of decor. It was as plain as any fast food restaurant.More
