Just like Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn, they do not disappoint. More than enough choices of meat/chicken/seafood and fruits/veggies to fill your bowl for the grill, and they give you little samples of the sauces to help you make a choice that you will like. Go back for more trips through the line as many times as you'd like.

My daughter and I visited Flaming Amy's Bowl today to celebrate me getting out of the hospital. About 5 minutes into the meal I started feeling sick and dizzy so I requested that the meal be boxed up so that my daughter would not miss her lunch. Imagine my surprise when they charged me over 30 dollars for two meals... More

Some updated decorations and new staff, but still a great concept. Especially good for groups with diverse tastes, with gluten free and many vegetarian options. The grill guys are friendly. We did notice no other diners exceeded 30 years of age if that matters. The selections remain rhe same and are very good and all you can eat. You can't... More

I left there with my mouth on fire because I couldn't stop eating the chips and salsa. The pineapple salsa is incredible and we finally had to push the chips and salsa away or we'd keep eating. My fried shrimp tacos were absolutely perfect paired with the peach Asian inspired salsa. Great find, local favorite and super inexpensive. Fun people... More

Ingredients were fresh with reasonable choice. Lots of tasty sauce to pick from. However, somewhat limited for those with gluten or rice (rice vinegar) allergies. They were careful to clean the griddle and utensils to minimize contamination! The main downside is the wait to get food which backs up quickly with only two cooks. But his depends on the time... If you're starving go for the burrito bowl, "can be" a very healthy way to fill up! Unlimited amount of times to go through the Mongolian grill line, chefs are friendly and helpful, its a fun afternoon before you hit the beach!

I was surprised when we drove around a car repair place and found the restaurant in an out-of-the way corner. It was well worth it though. The décor is retro-modern. The waitresses were friendly and attentive, the cooks were fun. And the food was very good. You take a bowl, fill it with a variety of veggies and meat, give... More

Huge variety of vegetables to add to your dish. You can make this as healthy as you want, or not! Food is always fresh, chef's are friendly and professional. The only negative I can ever recall from this place is that the food so good the line can take a while getting your dish cooked.

cool decor, really friendly staff, and the food was fantastic! Everything was fresh, cooked to order, and the sauces were amazing. I wish we had one of these in Raleigh! Will definitely return.
