You must have reservations for this restaurant. We did so our second night in Wilmington, and still found the restaurant. Very very crowded. The entrées are not an expensive, nor is the beer. You’re really coming for the ambience, which is lovely, including the bathrooms....Red curry chicken and pad mao were acceptable. Price with two cans of Sapporo and tip came to $65. Ordered take out (appetizer sampler, pad Thai rice, two side salads, and green curry with tofu) and made a mistake on my order (chose mild instead of Thai hot). I called the restaurant and got the problem promptly resolved. The pick up was smooth and...straightforward. However, in the parking lot I saw a person riding a bicycle and stopping to look in people’s cars, so as always, keep your valuables out of sight and make sure you lock your doors. The food was hot and tasted amazing. The spice was perfect, as when you order something spicy, many places don’t add enough spice. The appetizer sampler was one of the best selection of Asian appetizers I’ve ever had and was great value. The crab rangoons had plenty of crab in them! The green curry was amazing and a huge portion.More
Loved everything about our visit here. The food and the service were excellent but the outdoor garden dining was a great experience! We had lunch specials that were under $10, tasted amazing and were huge.
The atmosphere is so fun! It was raining so we had to eat inside which is so charming. The outside oasis is stunning. Arrive early, the line started 30 minutes before they opened. After checking out all of the decor, we ordered combination appetizer platter...and cocktails. Our dinners were delicious. Fresh vegetables, tender meat and perfect sauces. We have been here many times - food was excellent as always, but service was nonexistent tonight! We didn’t get silverware/ napkins/ or rice! When we finally saw our waitress, we only asked for rice- her response, “oh, you want extra rice?” We still never...got napkins or silverware. Thank God we got our drinks from the bar before we sat.More
We had to wait 45 minutes on a week night so be sure to plan accordingly. The atmosphere is inviting and fascinating and I would suggest you take a walk through the outdoor area. The dishes have huge portions so you can definitely get two...meals out of each dish. The flavors of each meal were perfect!More
Fabulous food, menu, service and atmosphere. We love Indochine and will return soon. I loved the variety of dishes on the menu. You get alot of food for the price.
Best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had. The food was delicious and abundant. We had ginger chicken and the soup and the appetizer platter. The pad see yaw was not as good as the other dishes. Overall though great experience. Good service and atmosphere....Tasty food! I hope to go back when I’m back in wilmingtonMore
Tom kha gai and curry were delicious. Ordering through their online system was easy and when I arrived (albeit a few minutes after I stated) it was ready to go in very easy manner. Everything from start to finish was top notch. Thank you!!
We visited for lunch on a busy Saturday. Enlarged parking lot. Dinner menu only for Saturday lunch. Sat in the expanded section and still nice. We had a great server in Audrey. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at a busy time. We had Tom...Yum soup, a little spicy and filled with yummy stuff. The Vietnamese sushi was delicious. I had the Szechuan pork egg rolls that hot and filled with meat. My entree was the Green Curry and it was brothy and meaty and filled with veggies. Superb. It was spicy and I like it real hot, so Audrey brought me two extra hot flavors. Excellent. Thanks for a great lunch. We'll be back!More
We had lunch here. This place had been highly recommended to us by many and we were finally able to go. We arrives and were told we would have a 30-40 minute wait. We got in within 15 minutes. The menu was awesome. I ordered...a Thai garlic chicken dish and my partner ordered a Banana Flower salad. HIGHLY recommend both. Food was fresh and service was fast. And Scott our server was completely attentive and very personable.More
The atmosphere outside was nice. Even though it was a hot day, we had shade and a fan and were very comfortable. The food however was very average. We had the noodles and fried rice and the appetizer sampler. Didn’t have much flavor. Waitress was...very nice. Probably wouldn’t come back though.More
This restaurant was great. Food cooked order with spice level. Huge portions- we took 1/2 of our food home for the next day. Very efficient and friendly service. We would go back here many times.
The food was so good, lick the plate clean good! The lunch specials were reasonably priced. The service was fast and friendly.
The lanterns, koi pond, etc make a lovely atmosphere. We had spring rolls (goi kan), pad thai, coconut soup (thom ka gai) and Happy Asian Medley. The spring rolls and coconut soup were very good but everything else was oversalted. Maybe it was a bad...night in the kitchen? We had reserved a phuket but were seated at an outside table with no fan on a very warm evening. The flies were impossible and my grandson ended up with insect bites all over his legs. We asked to be moved but were told the wait would be at least an hour and a half.More
