Surprised to find this little gem tucked away in some tall pine trees with a large parking lot. The buffet was available with a few empty spaces covered but still plenty to choose from. A wonderful selection of items on the salad bar and reasonably...priced at about $15. The fried shrimp, fish, hush puppies and homestyle steamed cabbage were all tasty. Just a few desserts to choose from but displayed nicely on a side cabinet. Reading over the menu, I saw several items listed that were quite tempting like the prime rib and will try one of them next time. Nothing fancy - just good food and nice wait staff/hostess.More

Nice if you need a quick meal. I was able to get the buffet and was out in under an hour. I would have been fine with just the salad bar but the hot food was a nice addition. Best item was the BBQ

Salad Bar is awesome! Pulled Pork BBQ is taste with it's vinegar-Texas Pete sauce. Little Fried Fish were excellent!! Chicken Pastry need salt & pepper. Collards way too sweat, & salty, plus too much vinegar. Cabbage no salt or pepper. Fried Chicken double dipped, hard...and dry. Sweet Potato Souffle was way to sweet. Raise Bread Pudding was dry and thick. Brownie with Whipped Topping was perfect!! Some of the workers were very unfriendly.More

We had had a long day on the road. Arrived at 7:30pm and they were to close at 8pm. Even so they were very gracious and friendly and we did not feel rushed. The service was fantastic and the food - from beef tips to...veggies and salads - were all perfectly cooked and seasoned. The servings are very generous and it was a great meal from beginning to end. Highly recommend.More

A co-worker/friend and I stopped here for lunch between appointments. We decided to order the buffet to save time and were pleasantly surprised. The gizzards were cooked to perfection. They were crispy, hot, fresh, deliciously seasoned, etc. etc. etc. Well actually everything I ate could...be described as delicious as the gizzards e.g., the mashed potatoes, salad bar, and lima beans. I was too full to try a dessert, but my friend said the brownie was just ok. She said it tasted store bought.More

Had a delivery to location. Ate with owner and his wife. Buildings and surrounding entertainment structures were built by family. Wood and steel work are a wonder to enjoy. Every element was designed and created by the family. This is a wonderful place to see,...especially if you get some history from the family. Onsite is coy pond, kiddy train, rollercoaster and small western looking shops. The food was very good as well. Will go out of my way later to take my wife for the experience.More
