We are an old fashioned hand-dipped ice cream emporium. Made to order warm waffle cones (vanilla, cinnamon and other specialty flavors). Cones, sundaes, shakes, malts, and banana splits.

1) The employees: Can't say enough how great all three gals were. Super great teamwork. I only got Jamie's name, but can't overemphasize how she made us feel valued as customers.
2) The ice cream: So. Many. Flavors! Great selection with a good variety. All generously scooped. A small is larger than most other places' large cones. The waffle cones are delicious. We got all three flavors of cones and loved all three.
3) We felt the value was fair enough for the quality and the serving size.

I love my ice cream with a waffle cone. Too often they're stale, or too hard, too crumbly, not perfect. This cone was the best I've ever had. And they serve it warm! It really makes a difference. I got it with pistachio ice cream and there were so many pistachio nuts in it I couldn't believe it. Excellent place for great ice cream.

Ice cream is one of our favorite desserts after a filling meal and that is how we discovered this spot! Hand dipped ice cream is the best and this was Hersheys as well! Easy to find and if you like waffle cones, they are made hot and fresh! That was a first for us. Bathrooms could use an extra scrub but otherwise, nice little spot, would visit again!

My friend and I were in the mood for some ice cream and found this place. We had to have waffle cones and this place did not disappoint. I thought it was neat to actually watch our waffle cones being made and they were delicious. Our visit here was nice and pleasant. We will definitely go again next year when we are back in the area.

If you’re in the mood for ice cream, this is THE place to go. About 20 different flavors to choose from, and the most delicious warm waffle cone I’ve ever had. You have to try the cinnamon waffle cone! The workers are always friendly and work through long lines quickly. The drive-through is a nice option as well.

What a gold mine of a find. We hit something in the road and on I-40 and ended up in this town getting a new tire. It’s our daughter’s 10th birthday and our plans are foiled. BUT, we found this place and had a nice time. Very good ice cream with plenty of flavors. They make the waffle cones right there in front of you. They make plain, cinnamon, and chocolate. It was a very pleasant surprise to our dampened day. Thank you to the owners/employers for being so kind and for the conversations.

My wife and I spend a week in Waynesville every year and go here several times.The waffle cones don't come out of a box but instead are poured in a waffle iron and made when you order.Hershey's ice cream hand dipped by young energetic crew that really seem to enjoy their work.Drive thru just as busy as inside.Decent selection of options including waffle cones, waffle bowls, cups and shakes. only wish they served peach.

e tried to take grand-kids here several times. Ice cream good, but it is ALWAYS a long wait. There are never many people here, but it seems to take the people a long time to serve.

Jack The Dipper is the place to get the best ice cream and cones in the area. the service has been a little slow lately, but, once they get their staff organized again, it will be the place to go for ice cream!

These homemade waffles are delicious! Add rich ice cream with real brownie pieces in it and this is about my favorite dessert. I wish I wasn't here on vacation so I could get it often.
