The food was excellent but we did choose a wine of a certain year, and they tried to pass another year off on us. They said it was a misprint on the menu. I am sure they have done this often but need to be aware there are people that know their wines! That was a bit disappointing!

We are local to this area and go to this restaurant on special occasions because the food and service are always stellar. Our most recent visit was to celebrate our anniversary. Somehow our reservations ended up on the wrong night. The small, quaint restaurant was packed, but the staff managed to graciously accommodate us at the bar area. Our waiter,... More

Josh is truly an outstanding chef and prides himself on his farm fresh ingredients. We dine there often and my favorites are deconstructed lasagne and eggplant Parmesan served with house made pasta. My husband loves the grouper and ahi tuna. Occasionally, an appetizer of fried quail legs is featured. Fabulous! If it is crowded it can be slow, so relax... More

We took my mom for her 86th birthday dinner and were delighted with the experience. The service was relaxed yet efficient. Many of the fruit and vegetables in house came from their local farm. I enjoyed the Bibb lettuce salad with a warm wedge of Brie that had a light crumb coating and was then fried to a golden brown.... More

A great little restaurant. Good food and service was excellent. My husband had the ahi tuna, and I had the pecan crusted trout. Both were wonderful.

Make reservations as this place fills up fast. Full menu of many dishes, and servings are very adequate. I had the seared ahi and the fish was just like steak. Pasta dishes were amazing accordingly to my brother. You got to try the steamed mussels with curry sauce. You'll be dipping the home made bread in it afterwards. Service was... More

Though this restaurant is small, you must experience this epicurean delight! An appetizer of mussels in a coconut curry sauce with focaccia to soak up the extra was a perfect way to begin our meal. The curry was strong but not overpowering. The aroma when it was placed on the table had my mouth instantly watering. Then I ordered seared... More

This was a cozy small town restaurant with the finest food and wine selection. Trout was amazing and the chef was also the owner. Impressed! Worth every penny. Great service as well, everyone very friendly. The bathroom could use a little more updating though, but it's about the food anyways.

Open show cased kitchen always a good sign especially when the Chef is okay with pictures. The vegetarian eggplant was over the top delicious. As you can see the trout was large and fresh with flavor. Let me not forget to mention the salad of the evening with bid lettuce, freshly grown berries and apples with mozzarella with a drizzle... The Chef's Table is small, crowded and pricey, but definitely worth the cost and wait. Fortunately, we called ahead for 5:00 reservations and noticed that the limited seating filled up quickly. We were amazed at the extensive menu of fresh offerings and our apple/brie salads were so delicious that we knew we had chosen an above par restaurant. We greatly... More
