From other reviews I expected the atmosphere and beer to be good, but I was surprised by their food. It was quite tasty AND they had gluten free options, including GF buns for my girls. They really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich as well as...the cactus chili. They actually had me order an extra chili bowl to go they loved it so much! We planned our time here around some live music playing outside so that made it even more enjoyable as we sat around a table on the deck with music and a stream in the background. Very enjoyable time. Go check them out if you are visiting the area!More

Had dinner at Frog Level Brewing with our kids this week. We all loved it. Great outdoor seating area by the creek, with lots of seating, perfect for social distancing. Service was excellent. Inside was also very cool with lots of games - Jenga, fooz...ball and cornhole. Great local art on the walls and lots of comfy seating areas. Beer was good, food was also enjoyed by all. Our favorites were the pretzel and Nashville chicken appetizers. Great spot for a visit if you’re in the area.More

We enjoyed the food, the beer, and the atmosphere. The staff was really great about COVID precautions and there was plenty of outdoor seating by the river. The music was entertaining and the staff was just great. We were just passing through and bought a...mug, we only buy from breweries across the country we really like. Frog Level Brewing made the cut. Thanks for a nice evening.More

Nice outdoor area by then river. Note that you order at the bar, take your drinks with you, and then your food is brought out to your table. Very quick service. Good food. Good selection of beer. If you are bothered by smoking, it can...be difficult to get a spot away from that influence.More

I love the little "town" known as Frog Level. It got it's name because when Richland Creek flooded the residents started saying the water was "frog level". They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We did not order food this time. We just want to settle...in with a good beer and enjoy the atmosphere. They always have a good selection of beers on taps and we have never had a problems finding a new beer to taste. The bartender was friendly and funny and knew a lot about their beers so he could help us make a decision. If you are in the area you should check it out.More

Since new owners are from Cherokee, they charge Cherokee prices..$12 for a pretzel? Beers are ok, but both blondes were out tonight. Outside space is great, but would be so much nicer if they had better food and kept their beers stocked.

My husband loves visiting breweries so during our camp trip in Maggie valley we had to check this place out. Industrial location but cool backyard for drinks. We enjoyed the brisket sandwich with Mexican corn

I have visited FLB before and was disappointed. The beer is consistently skunky not to mention the old owner is a jerk on social media. Under new ownership, I expected a great upgrade... but I didnt know you could slap some paint on bland and...call it a new shade of bland? The space is cool but atmosphere is unappealing. The decor looks like someone raided a Kirklands. The food is mediocre at best. And the beer is slightly better than the swill on tap before but not worth stopping in. Save your $$$. Hit up another brewery. You’d be better off buying a 6pack of Bud Light then drink it under a bridgeMore

Definitely don’t go here if you’re hungry. The food is so not worth it, especially if you’re sober. Just go to McDonald’s or something. The beer is okay, but pricey. I thought this would be a cool place to visit because Waynesville is very mellow,...but this place was tense. It seems like a place you’d go if everything else was closed. Not really classy enough to be a brewery, fun enough to be a pub, or grungy enough to be a bar. Waste of time.More

Absolutely. Lots of games and a beautiful creek in the back. Both dog and kid friendly.
