$14 for a Tomato flat bread? It should have been $8. The Place smells of the Wood Burning Stove, and the smell remains into the morning. My New York Strip was supposed to be the same price as another steak on the menu, but the...More

I would highly recommend Frogs Leap Public House. Either this or The Chefs Table are by far the best choices in Waynesville. FLPH is larger and has a more varied menu of the two. I would recommend reservations at either place. Frogs Leap has an...More

This was our first experience at Frogs Leap and did not have any expectations. But after finding the wine list to be comprehensive and offering unexpected choices by the glass, we began to be excited by the depth of the menu. Our waitress, April, was...More

Wonderful atmosphere and service, even better food! The Vidalia Onion Bisque is a must starter, my Bison Ribeye was perfectly done, rare with a nice char outside. Bread and desert perfect as well. All locally sourced. They made my birthday dinner extra special!

Description
A Unique Farm to Fork Experience: Innovative Southern Food with a Local Backbone & Home Grown Libations Frogs Leap Public House is a farm to table country pub at the corner of Church and Montgomery Streets, built in 1918 as the southeast's first Buick dealer just one block south of Main in the heart of historic downtown Waynesville. FLPH is focused on the culture, art, music, wine, beer and especially the food of Western North Carolina. Like the City of Waynesville itself, FLPH is Southern down to its roots, but draws influences from around the world. The food is fresh and local, the libations are home grown, the music is American and has a beat. FLPH is home to a family with a passion for serving world class food, wine, and spirits in a soulful, comforting atmosphere.
