Have been here several times for a buffet Sunday lunch. Some of the best buffet food around. Excellent choice is foods breads and drinks. Chicken is always great veggies are also. Will continue to go.

Courteous staff, good size servings but the food we ordered was not very good. It's OK for the money but certainly not if you want a tasty meal. Average cafeteria food.
Where can you find a cafeteria line in Wake Forest that serves meatloaf, BBQ chicken, collard greens and other amazing "home-cooked" foods and desserts? The Forks even offers private dining rooms for meetings or family gatherings.

This is one our lunch circuit for our it team go to places. Love the fried pork chops, butterbeans and cabbage. Their fish is usually pretty good to. Been eating here for almost a decade. Good cafeteria style food, reasonable prices.
On Sunday's they have a buffet style lunch. They have a wide choice of food. It's ok food. Make sure you get there before Noon, it gets busy after the church crowd.
