Good Wings

My wife and I had dinner here early on a Friday evening. We were able to be seated immediately but there was a wait line when we left. The service was good. My wife had the ribs with fries and cole slaw while I had the pulled pork/wings platter. We also had a side of Carolina spicy wings. The... read more

If you like the Bar and dont mind the loudness-go for the bar high tables. If you would rather be able to carry on a discussion-sit in the other area. Either place the service is quick and the food is pretty decent!

From the moment we walked into this restaurant until we departed, I felt like a 5 star guest. Every aspect of the service we received was friendly as well as professional. The Frickles (fried pickles) were the best I ever had. They were crispy and served with a tasty sauce that you'd love to use on just about anything. The... More

I had the opportunity to have dinner at the Carolina Ale House in Wake Forest with friends. Service was fast and very courteous, but the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered an appetizer that included chicken tenders, wings, frickles(fried pickles) and mozzarella sticks. These items were overly salty and very greasy. My friends dinners were sandwiches and... Great place for watching your favorite team play while having great appetizers and good food. Lots of choices on the menu and all are tasty.

Showed up with 3 adults and 2 children and waited over 45 minutes for our food at 10pm. Server was willing and making every effort to make us comfortable. Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad which was MASSIVE definitely enough to share with 2 other people. Overall it was average and bill was $100 with no dessert or alcohol.

Not 2nd Amendment friendly as evidenced by the sign near their entrance. Saw the sign and walked out -- they lost our business.

Was in town for a conference and on a rainy night several of us ate here. The server was gracious in splitting our checks on several different orders, and the food was tasty. Very clean restaurant and quick turnaround.

They used to have some good stuff but not anymore. The food was terrible. Nothing was freshly made. Everything was made earlier and reheated. The wings were hard to chew and the sauce was bad. My son could not eat the chicken tenders since they were hard as wood. I will never go again. And the service could not make... More

My husband and I have stopped in here a few times on visits to North Carolina, usually with grandkids in tow. Although this is a very large restaurant, the arrangement of seating makes it feel more intimate. The food has always been very good and dependable. The salads are HUGE. The kids menu is very reasonable and offers something for... More
