I have finally eaten at the worst of the worst seafood houses. We went inside to find no air conditioning in July, but we were seated quickly. We asked for iced tea and about 20 minutes later and our server finally returns. We place an order for flounder, zuchinni fries, and a salad. We waited; we waited, and finally she... More

We visited the crabpot for dinner at 6 pm on Sunday night and were seated within a few minutes. Another couple was also seated at that time in the same area with the same waitress. The waitress took their order and they received their drinks from the bar immediately. The waitress took our drink order promptly and we never saw... More

This was our first time here and the last. Customer service is horrible, we waited about 20 mins to be seated even though we were the only ones in line to be seated. We waited over an hour for our meal that never came. During this time our waitress never stopped by our table to see if we needed anything.... More

We visited this restaurant two days in a row. The first day we stopped in for lunch and had a great visit. King crab legs and a fried seafood platter. Everything was tasty and worth the trip. However, the following night for dinner once seated we waited quite a while before anyone even took our drink order, when we finally... More

I've always enjoyed coming here with my family but This place needs some dang AC. it's too hot in there during the summer to the point it's uncomfortable. invest in AC's my friend... there was one poor waitress that was so flustered at the end of her shift that she started balling. ( i believe a friend of hers died... More

The short version: every other bad review is not exaggereated. Don't go. We had a party of 10 so we anticipated a wait to be seated, and got tables (close to each other but not adjoining) within about 30 min. However, it took about 30 min to get drinks and almost another hour to actually get food. The restaurant had... More

Was very busy with only two servers, empty tables but no one to clean them, so long wait. At best the food was just so so.,while prices were high for the quality of the food and service if your not drinking alcohol don't expect to get a refill on your drink. Food was served and no one came back to see... More

The food here is not bad, but the service is non-existent. We waited pretty close to 2 hours to get our food and THEN they combined our plates AND got our orders wrong (we ordered to go). Fortunately we were only across the street when we realized they forgot part of our order, which would have been easy to realize... More

The seafood market was what got our attention. You would think with a fresh market, prices would be cheaper, but this was not the case at all. The restaurant was busy, it was a Saturday night, and the market was busy. The high prices of the market was not producing many purchases. The restaurant had about a twenty minute waiting... More

At least the menu offered a good variety of seafood, but it's really hard to enjoy food in 95 degree heat. The fact that there is no draft beer is also discouraging. I had one beer and left before I had heat stroke....the poor kitchen staff should not have to work in those conditions.
