My husband and I had dinner here during our last night in Southport. We had read some negative reviews about it, but decided to give it a try anyways, and we were glad that we did. The building itself is really neat with its architecture, design and history. Our waiter was very knowledgable about the menu. I got the pasta... More

We ate at the Pharmacy on a Friday afternoon- perhaps not the best time to go. Nonetheless, it was not a great experience. After looking at the less than inspiring menu, we decided to have a glass of wine and a cup of soup and call it quits. We ordered the house wine (not identified on the menu and the... More

We visited during 4th of July holiday. It was very crowded and noisy. They said they were short a waitress, but it appeared they were just plain not able to handle a crowd. The food was very good, the Cuban was amazing. Think we will give it a try on a non holiday weekend and see how they do.

This is the restaurant that one of the movie scenes was filmed in so as expected the entrées are definitely very tasty. This is more of an upscale restaurant with a small-town atmosphere – so it's very enjoyable.

Dinner was great. Three of us had the crab cakes in philo pastry. My son in law had the smoked salmon salad, and our grandson the ahi tuna. T The atmosphere was good and our server, David, gave wondrful descriptions of the menu. The best creme brulee I have had

I had an excellent experience here and my son dumped over the flower vase within seconds of sitting down. Young waitress, very knowledgeable about specials, menus, and cocktails. I hot the quiche of the day and it along with the salad and potatoes was delicious. My son got a hot dog and fries, which that is hard to screw up.... More

After visiting the Pharmacy on a previous trip, we booked our rehearsal luncheon there. Feeding 14 peeps at once is NOT easy. We had wonderful service and every single member of our group just gushed over the food. It was excellent. Hats off to the crew at the Pharmacy. You made our day even more special with outstanding food and... More

We had just arrived in Southport and were driving around and saw the Pharmacy. Looked like a fun place to eat. It was. We had fish tacos. Delish. The server was very kind and told us about places to visit during our stay. Loved the history of the bldg.

We ate three dinners in Southport and they were all very good, but to me The Pharmacy was the best. I had blackened Grouper and it was excellent.

Came down to southport for a visit and decided to stop at the pharmacy restaurant for dinner, the building itself is very cool, once being one of the first pharmacy in southport and now turned into a restaurant with a very outstanding menu and a extensive wine list. The staff is very knowledgeable on the food and wine selection. Also... More
