We met another couple for dinner, they have been there every week for the last 3 weeks because they love it. We liked the small plates since we were traveling and do not like to throw away food. It was very good food and service. Casual looking with an upscale feel.

We are frequent visitors to POC. Our visits there a somewhat predictable. The food is good as well as the service. Our brunch was also good but I didn't know until this visit that they don't make or allow substitutions on the menu items. Also, there are no breakfast breads available.

Thank you for your frequent visits to the bistro. You mentioned our substitution policy. In general, our kitchen preps for items that are on our brunch menu on Sundays. If you are substituting for an item that is on the brunch menu, for example, substituting hash browns for grits, we can do it. If you are substituting for an item... More

Food was great along with the service. Waiters were attentive and explained the menu options in detail for us. You cant go wrong here if you are looking for good food and atmosphere.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. Rita was a great server. She was friendly and attentive. The roasted red pepper crab bisque was amazing. My husband had the burger and was very satisfied. The atmosphere was very quaint and the bar looked inviting for a drink after a day exploring the waterfront. We can't wait to... More

Ports of Call is a cozy, upscale restaurant with a romantic, dark atmosphere. I admired the maps on each table. The food was exquisite. I recommend Ports of Call.

This is my 4th visit to POC. I was disappointed in the lack of fresh fish and the servers lack of knowledge of the menu. The quality has definitely diminished in the last couple of years.

Hi, Kathy: We are sorry to hear about your disappointment on your last visit. You mentioned our lack of fresh fish. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer fresh fish on our menu on a daily basis. This may have been the case when you visited the bistro. We are subject to what our food purveyors can provide us. You... More

Had a quite delicious meal today w best friends in SouthPort. Picked Port of Call based on TripA and was very pleased. Chose the chicken sandwich as many reviewers suggested and was very pleased. One of the best fried chicken sandwiches ever tasted. Spouses had the triple salads and we're happy they did. Finished w home made lemon bars which... More

This restaurant had been suggested to us by a local...it did not disappoint. We had wonderful clam chowder and very tasty seafood salad. Good portions and very fresh. Our server was great and very helpful with information about the city (and his hometown of Baltimore too!). Will go again when we visit next!

Eleven of us adjourned a golf committee meeting to have dinner. We did call ahead to see if the could accommodate us as we REALLY wanted to hear their new vocalist perform. We were informed it would not be a problem so we sauntered in, had a short wait at the bar and were seated for a very good meal.... More
