This was the worst experience I believe I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Been here before and the food and service was at most subpar. Then tonight I came in with my family and they refused to serve us, I asked if the party was...too large then we could sit separately and the host let us know that management said that we could not eat there at all. Then they sat 6 people after we walked out. I assume the problem was that we had children with us. THE MOST PATHETIC restaurant in Moore county. Wish I had a 0 star option, because that’s what they deserve.More
Ordered nachos and garlic bread with a side of guacamole had curbside pick up. Got home no guacamole chips are stale and lettuce wilted I called and Casey said I will have a credit on file but trust me not worth going back. Pork on...nachos dry no taste. There are other places to go don’t waste your time and moneyMore
One of the best restaurant experiences since moving to N.C. Took friends there for dinner after getting recommendation from our daughter. Excellent service from the greeter to the waitperson. The manager, I believe she was, came by our table three times to make sure we...were doing ok, which we were. We had three different Grinders and their wings, all excellent. Can’t wait to return.More
My son and I went out to dinner tonight and decided to give Rudino's a try. It wasn't super busy when we go there so we thought things would go pretty quickly. He ordered a large cheese pizza and I order the steak and cheese...grinder with fries. His food came out in about 20 minutes and was pretty tasty. After about 10 minutes the waitress told us that the kitchen forgot to put my bread in the oven, but that it should be coming out shortly. It took another 25 minutes for my meal to come out and it wasn't even hot. Our waitress, who was very attentive, said she was trying to get her manager to reduce the price of my meal. After waiting another 15 minutes for the check to come, I went looking for our waitress (and my check) and she said she was still waiting on her manager. When she brought the check out a few minutes later, my meal had been reduced 50%. She said they were also writing me a coupon for a free grinder on my next visit. Needless to say, I did not wait for the coupon, as we have no plans to return to Rudino's.More
My husband and I never agree on Pizza, if he likes it, I hate it. We both agreed this was great pizza. The waitress was an air head, our first time there and she couldn't answer any questions and did not offer to get someone...that could.
My husband and I own a business and understand that good employees are VERY HARD to come by. They all want a paycheck but don't want to put forth the effort to earn it, and that is what she was. We were there on a Wednesday evening around 6 pm, there were musicians setting up but the waitress didn't know anything about that. The place wasn't crowded and was very clean.
We got up and got our own napkins as she didn't know where they were, not 5 feet away from our booth, we were not offered any plates, we did have silverware.
We will come back again to see if service changes, if not we will go to a call in order and pick it up. There were multiple things on the menu that we are interested in trying.More
Stumbled upon this place when we needed a late lunch with kids, and Cracker Barrel was slammed. For being an irregular time of day, and mostly empty, we were surprised when they had nowhere to seat a party of 7 except high top tables -...less than ideal with little ones. The food was just ok - nothing offensive but nothing memorable. The atmosphere is really dark / dingy - needs a facelift.More
