Worth a trip to pickup homeade spelt, russian, sourdough bread and many other bakery items. Can also sit down and enjoy eating with a good menu. Feels more like your in upstate Vermont than NC, with such a healthy, friendly, artistic, laid back vibe. Bicyclists love stopping here as well.

They just make you feel right at home. On any sunday after church, the atmosphere is welcoming and you don't feel like you went out. Don't pass up desert, their house cookies are the most diet friendly I ever ate without guilt and I have a hard time replicating them at home. So much of a breakfast and lunch choice... More

Stopped here while checking out Saluda and Pierson Falls. Good sandwiches. Enjoyed cookies to go on the trail later

Looks nice. Coffee and pastries too. However, the food... You have to look for something else. Even though it is not many places available around

You can not go wrong with any selection...it's fresh, flavorful, and the folks are friendly. Pizza night on Fridays is a favorite time. Also, Sunday brunch always includes 3 satisfying specials. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. A wonderful selection of beer and wine is available next door at Meanwhile Back in Saluda.

Down home delicious. Every item we ordered tasted wonderful and soooo fresh. We had a blueberry scone, bagel egg and cheese, fruit bowls, cheesy grits, sausage and gouda quiche and raspberry french toast. We are a picky family and were completely happy with our breakfast. Worth the trip to beautiful Saluda.

Excellent homemade pizzas with choice of crust. Wine choices are superb and enjoyed a relaxing dinner out with friends. Lots of locals dining out and giving cafe a vibrant feel.

Don't have a review on the food, bc we never got it. Went on a Sunday for lunch, waited 40+ minutes, multiple tables got their food before us that came 15-20min after, Manager was rude when we asked him what was going on, was basically told he didn't care if we were getting upset and got an attitude when we... Horrible, unorganized, and understaffed. The manager was rude and condescending when we complained an hour later and tables that came in well after us were served. Maybe it was a just bad day, but, I've worked in restaurants for years and a manager treatng customers like that is unacceptable. He should have apologized and been accommodating and at least offered... More

After having waited for more than an hour, and after seeing several tables be served before us, we approached management. After laughing at our complaint we were told that we were welcome to leave. We were not rude to this manager, so we were shocked by this response. I would not recommend eating there to anyone on any time schedule

Thank Andrew M
