Great little place in the small town of Rutherfordton. I've only been there once, but plan on returning with my family. It's very small, so try to get there early to beat the crowds.

Thai food. Love it or not, it's one of the most flavor-able foods out there and I'm a virtual freshman to this flavor. Not any more. Thanks to this place. I tried Rutherford Thai first about two months ago, after a movie and wasn't really wanting the usual flare of Mexican, Chinese or American fast food that my town is... More

Rutherford Thai has the best Thai food around! We have been eating here for years and I have never got anything I didn't like.

My wife and I have eaten here a number of times and every time the food has been really good and the service excellent. The menu is varied but very well explained for the none Thai person.

This was our 2nd visit. Both times were very good. The calamari was tender and lightly tempura battered. Ingredients tasted and looked very fresh.

We have been there a number of times, with friends, on weekends and during the week, and they are always top-notch. The food is extremely well prepared, and the service is always great. In my opinion this is the best place to eat in our town. Over the years, many establishments have come and gone in their current location, and... More

Rutherford Thai is a quaint gem in Rutherfordton that shouldn't be missed. The food is always excellent, hot, and served by friendly staff. The price is quite reasonable as well.

Great restaurant with delicious fare. Went here based on central location and other reviews on Trip Advisor. Shared the starter puffs which were very nice and had Drunken Noodles which has great flavor and just enough heat (and no adult beverage ingredients). You can have them customize your meal to your heat preferences. Also enjoyed a Thai iced tea. There... More

We were delighted to find this great little gem in Rutherfordton. It is tucked in at the side of the court house but it is well worth the effort to find it. We have always had great good and service.

Home made dumplings are best I have tasted. We had the labia and Pad Thai. I added the hot pepper to the Pad Thai, I like that method. The waitress was very good. Coffee was from the kcup machine and I had the water. The bathroom was very clean. We will come here again next time we are in town.... More
