We regularly buy takeaway pizza and chips but have also dined in on a few occasions. The staff are excellent and the food is fantastic. It can be noisy at times. Great value.

Got the 24hr brisket sandwich. Having tried many bbq in the states this was really disappointing. There was no way this was slow cooked, it was just an expensive steak sandwich. Pizza was ok, but base was under cooked. Im assuming coming after a public holiday results in the junior staff being on, felt like they were riding on the... More

We visited for lunch based on the premise of "the best pizza in Australia" being served here. The pizza was OK (we had the seafood) but it was far from being traditional. Additionally it's ridiculously expensive for pizza. We paid $39 for a medium pizza and considering that we have paid less for much better pizza at 400 Gradi in... More

The food was very good and their pizzas are very good which is what they specialise in. Do not expect to sit and have a quiet meal as the ambience is loud. Pricing of the meals are high for a small town cafe, especially for a lunch time. The staff are very friendly and they appear to have plenty of... More

I love the food in this place. The serving sizes are decent and the customer service is spot on. The place is slit so you can do dine in with comfort and takeaway without disturbing the diners.

We visited here recently while staying in Angaston. It was recommended to us. Meal was OK. But all sides were extras so bumped up price to around 70.00 for lasagna and steak But when we went to pay was charged 79.00. Husband paid. But then I asked them to check the bill. She redid it and said that's right..I pointed... More

After arriving to the town and going wine tasting we were in need of a good meal for lunch. All other places were closed and reopened at around 6 for dinner. This place has great menu and seating area. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are big. But next day in the morning it's 9.30 and we are still waiting... More

A fantastic place for a group lunch during a wine tour. Great tasty pizza in a vibrant fun atmosphere. Good range on the menu if you don't feel like pizza (but the pizzas awesome!) friendly staff and quick service even when they are busy.

We just had a luncheon at the 40's Cafe. I had the Schultz leg ham and salad in a Turkish bread roll. It was fantastic and the best Ham I have ever had. My wife had quinoa ricotta and basil fritters with cucumber and avocado and roast capsicum salad, that was a small serve but very tastie. Friends we dined... More
