Small restaurant which serves good tasty, fresh traditional food. There are limited seats so it pays to book, as it fills very quickly. The menu consists of fish or vegetarian food. We had the complimentary appetiser of eggplant and tomato with crusty bread, followed by our main courses of pasta with pesto clams and pasta with pistachio prawns, both courses... More

We were recommended to go to this place the first time we visited Trapani last year. The food is simple and Fresh Sicilian cooking with the emphasis on fish and seafood. Little dishes of fried small fish and seafood were delicious. Good local wine. Amazing puddings. Very reasonably priced. Essential to book a few days ahead

Delicious, fresh Sicilian food with an arabic twist. Absolutely lush. The starter was the best thing, the main was good too, very tasty. For starters, we had the house antipasti which was huge, it contained so many different dishes full of vegetables, seafood, grains, a couple of pastries and sauces. For the mains, I had the Busiatta with prawns and... More

We went there on suggestion of my brother and I did not regret it. Don't look for an exquisite restaurant but a family concern which provides you with good antipasto, pasta, and fish cooked sicilian style. I would not mind recommending it very much to other. If I visit Trapani I would book to be on the first session. We... More

If you want to dine like a local then go here, it was jam packed with locals. We arrived at 9pm without booking to a packed restaurant. The waiter went to a lot of effort to see that we could be sat down and not turn us away. The restaurant had great seafood pasta, fried fish and their famous fish... More

Read about this place in Saveur magazine & really glad I did. Traditional Sicilian food Especially Trapanese style. Seafood is so Fresh. Good local Sicilian house wine sold by carafe. Owner/waiter is super friendly & helpful. We ate here 2 of our 3 Nights. Make reservations or get there right at 8:00 when they open

The restaurant was full when we arrived, so we waited outside and got a glass of wine on the house. The waiter was really friendly and we had a nice little chat. The pasta was absolutely great and was definitely worth waiting for!

Never mind the lady of the owner, the owner is great! Kind of hostile welcome, but once the owner himself comes to the table all is well. The food is fresh and local. To amazingly low prices. You have to reserve in advance, let the hotel or b&b do this for you, otherwise it might be a no.

The food was wonderful. The first night we shared a fish cous cous (house specialty) and a grilled dentic, which with house white (not recommended unless you have paint to remove!) came to 29 EUR for 2. The second night we had a great antipasti plate and a yummy fried fish platter. Owner is a bit of a character and... More
