I had looked at this restaurant many times but never found it open. Tonight I used Trip Advisor to find some highly recommended places and this looked good. It was exceptional, the combination of tastes exquisite in a very simple but highly professional atmosphere. Excellent Nero D'Avola at a lower per glass price than elsewhere and no trying to turn... Arrived early on a Friday night (1920 ish). Told not yet open but happily waited the 10 minutes. Many, many people turned away even though tables available - everyone was asked if pre booked so maybe this is a requirement? Local, fresh fish -cooked to order. Menu predominantly fish. John had the fried cheese with honey (see photo) which when... More

Th start was not good: restaurant was completely empty inside but we were told to get back in 30 mins. After that, when we sat, everything went ok. Couscous shall be tried, though being a fish restaurant I'd recommend to ask advice on the fish/dish of the day. Personnel is very chatty and eager to support you in the choice.... More

Tasty, fresh-if my kids ate whole dish with sauce, and gave 5 points, that tells everything. Reasonable price (we paid 50 eur for 4persons with drinks).

We stopped in for dinner and had to make a reservation for the following night, as they were booked. We had received strong recommendations from locals, so our expectations were high. Service was fine but a bit impersonal (unfriendly?) With the exception of one of the servers who was very nice and kind. The food was fine, but the only... More

octopus salad - really tasty, big enough to share for two ravioli with ricotta in a fish soup - fish soup was rather bland, flavourless, I wasn't happy with this choice :( pistachio pasta with seafood - very tasty, delicious!!! you have to try

This place is not cozy, but it features an awesome home-made food. The staff is careful not to overcrowd the place to ensure the quality of each serving. My spaghetti with fish eggs were one of the best I ate in Sicily, and the grilled shrimps were gorgeous. The desserts are awesome, the cannolo being really too big for a... More

If you're looking for a real Sicilian place to eat, this is the place where the locals go for a special dinner. Fantastic food and wine!! If you think this is just an ok place, I'm sorry but then you don't understand the food, then go to McDonalds or something. First of all, book a table, this place gets full... More
