It was good, certainly glad we came, but it wasn’t spectacular. We got a small calzone, philly cheese steak, two slices of pizza and a cheese burger. Also got two orders of fries and 5 drinks. Total came to $46. Not horrible for 5 people,...but two of the kids simply got a slice of pizza. My calzone was a good size and was well stuffed. I liked it. My wife’s Cheesesteak was just ok. Looked to be a good size. The pizza slices were large. I took a bite of one, it was just ok. My daughters burger had an amazing bun!! But the burger was either over cooked or reheated. The French fries were amazing. The place was clean and well taken care of. It was kind of hard to spot from the street though.More

We'll have to go back to try the pasta dishes, of which they had many, but they had lunch specials so we tried those today. Cheesesteak and fries with drink, 2 slices of pizza with drink (we added a topping to each piece) for $20...- a little high for lunch, but it was a lot of food. The slices are huge - I ate one and called it a day, and hubby ate one slice and a half of the cheesesteak - I'll have the rest for dinner tonight. Hubby enjoyed both the cheesesteak and fries (the fries have a breading or batter on them which makes them tastier than plain fries) and the cheesesteak was stuffed with meat. Neither of us was a big fan of the pizza - plenty of cheese, but it was pretty tasteless. You order at the counter and then they call your number to pick up your food when it's ready. Free refills on iced tea, $0.50 refills on sodas.More

If I’m in the area around dinner time I always like to pick up a large sausage pizza to take home. Everyone is always happy. I know there are some new “trendy” pizza places and they are good but Italian Pizzeria is the best in...my estimation. I wish the location was a little more convenient but worth the trouble.More

Food is great! The staff is friendly and it is worth the money! It is pizza, subs and fries at it's finest! Great place to eat or order takeout!

Really wanted some pizza for dinner so we decided to give this hidden gem a try. The pizza was made fresh and had the perfect amount of toppings, cheese and sauce on it. The girl Leah who took my order was really nice and friendly....The fries were cooked fresh and were still good after we got home since we got our order to go. Will definitely go back again.More

A friend came by and brought pizza one day. It was fantastic. He told me where he got it and ever since this place hidden from view from the road isn't really a secret. What giant portions are their sandwiches, calzones and strombolis. The steak...stromboli will feed you three times!More

As the only place in Rocky Mount to get a cheese steak that is even close to a Philly cheese, I tend to go there when I have a craving for melted mozerella over shaved beef.. Decor is strickly diner type, but clean and reasonably...quiet. The Italian Pizzeria along with a good pizza (not a chain food type) and cheese steaks, also haas baked spaghetti, lasagne, ziti, and beer, bottled and draft. Stop by at lunch for a slice to eat there or take out. Most of their dishes are available for take out too.More
